Youth making entries in this event must be Putnam County 4-H Members. 2. All garments must have been constructed during the past 12 months. 3. Youth may enter only one garment in each category. 4. Garments may be constructed from any fabric(s). 5. Garments must be entered on Saturday, August 3, between 2:30p and 3p. 6. Garments will be modeled at 3p on Saturday. 7. The same garment can only be entered in two classes. 8. Fun with Fashion theme; Best Wear Scenario: you have been asked to speak about 4-H to the local county commission.
