1. Product Introduction MRac Carport System is uniquely designed applying to large scale commercial and utility system, offering shades to your cars while much environment-friendly. Please read this Installation Guide thoroughly before installing the MRac Carport system. This Guide offers the planning and installation instruction for MRac Carport. MRac Carport products, when installed in accordance with this guide, will be structurally adequate and will meet the local standards. During installation, especially when working on the roof, be sure to observe the appropriate safety regulations and please pay attention to the relevant regulations of your local region. Please check that you are using the current version of the installation manual by contact Mibet Energy by mail on sales@mbt-energy.com, or your local representative. The installer is solely responsible for: Complying with all applicable local or national building codes, including any that may supersede this manual; Ensuring that MRac and other products are appropriate for the particular installation and the installation environment; Using only MRac parts and installers-supplied parted as specified by MRac (Substitution of parts may void the warranty and invalidate the letter of certification on page 2); How to recycle: according to the local relative statute; How to disassemble: countermove with installation; Ensure that there are no less than two professional workers in panel installation; Ensure the installation of relative electrical equipment is performance by professional electrician. Ensure safe installation of all electrical aspects of the PV array. 2

3. Installation Guide 3.1 Install Each Unit 3.1.1 Fix the Carport Basements onto the pre-made concrete bases according to the technical drawing provided, place the nuts without fastened; make sure all the Carport Basements are in a line both vertical and landscape by a Nylon Wire. 3.1.2 (1). Pre-assemble the C Clamp Kit 150 onto the T-shape Carport Jointer by M8*25 bolts, as Drawing 5. (Don t fasten the bolts tightly for the convenience of next step) (2). Slide the pre-assembled T-shape Carport Jointer to the planned position on the Beam 100, then fasten the bolts tightly now. Showed as Drawing 6&7. (3). Assemble the 80 Square Tube onto the T-shape Carport Jointer by M20*130 bolts. Showing as Drawing 8&9. Drawing 5 Drawing 6 Drawing 7 6
(4). Connect the pre-assembled Beam 100 Support with the Carport Basements, which have already been installed onto the concretes, by M20*130. 3 to 4 experienced worker need to cooperate to finish this step as Drawing 10&11 showed. Note: Make sure all the bolts in this system are assembled from the same direction as showing in Drawing 12. Drawing 8 Drawing 9 7

(5). Repeat above step as per the technical drawing suggested till the whole system finished. Note: Make sure all the bolts should be fastened tightly. 3.2 Install Rail 3.2.1 The drawings shows how the Cross Module being installed, which is the main component in C Clamp Kit, Inter Clamp Kit and End Clamp Kit. 3.2.2 Check the length of Rail 115, using the Rail 115 Connector to extend it according to the technical drawing before assembled onto the Beam. 8pcs of bolts are required for each side, totally 16pcs bolts for one Rail 115 Connector. Note: Not recommend extending the Rail Rail 115 Drawing 13 Rail 115 Connector 9
115 after assemble the Rail 115 onto the Beam. 3.2.3 Assemble Rail 115 onto the Beam according to the technical drawing, a marker can be used to mark the right position, as Drawing showed. 3.2.4 Assemble all the Rail 115 as planned. 10
3.2.5 Mibet (Xiamen) New Energy Co., Ltd. Fix the Rail 115 onto the Beam by C Clamp Kits, fasten all M8 inner hexagon bolts. Note: 2 sets of C Clamp Kits need to be used in each side as showed. 3.2.6 Repeat above step and get all Rail 115 assembled as technical drawing planned, make sure the end of all rails in a line. Note: All bolts have to be fastened tightly. 11
3.3 Install Panels 3.3.1 a. Place the panels according to technical drawing (Drawing 1: Section view), fix the panel by Full-edge End Clamp Kit and U27 Inter Clamp Kit. b. 4.Warranty Declaration 15 year limited Product Warranty, 5 year limited Finish Warranty Mibet (Xiamen) New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as Mibet Energy ) warrants to the original purchaser ( NSEW Trading Pty Ltd. ) of products that it manufactures ( Solar PV Mounting Systems ) at the original installation site that the Product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) years, except for the under normal atmospheric conditions for a period of five (5) years, from the earlier of 1). The date the installation of the Product is completed, or 2). 30 days after the purchase of Product by the original Purchaser ( Finish Warranty ). The Finish Warranty does not apply to any foreign residue deposited on the finish. All installations in corrosive atmospheric conditions are excluded. The Finish Warranty is VOID if the practices specified by AAMA 609 & 610-02 Cleaning and Maintenance for Architecturally Finished Aluminum (www.aamanet.org) are not followed by Purchaser. This Warranty does not cover damage to the Product that occurs during its shipment, storage, or installation. This Warranty shall be VOID if installation of the Product is not performed in accordance with Mibet s written installation instructions, or if the Product has been modified, repaired, or reworked in a manner not previously authorized by Mibet IN WRITING, or if the Product is installed in an environment for which it was not designed. Mibet shall not be liable for consequential, contingent or incidental damages arising out of the use of the Product by Purchaser under any circumstances. If within the specified Warranty periods the Product shall be reasonably proven to be defective, then Mibet shall repair or replace the defective Product, or any part thereof, in Mibet s sole discretion. Such repair or replacement shall completely satisfy and discharge all of Mibet s liability with respect to this limited Warranty. Under no circumstances shall Mibet be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to use by Purchaser of the Product. In addition to our Warranty against Defects, the Frame also comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). In the event that the Frame fails to satisfy a Consumer Guarantee, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Frame repaired or replaced if the Frame fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount 14
to a major failure. Please note that in addition to the rights and remedies set out in this document, you may also have other rights and remedies available to you under the law. *Manufacturers of related items, such as PV modules and flashings, may provide written warranties of their own. Mibet s limited Warranty covers only its Product, and not any related items. Making a claim If you believe that the Frame is defective and you are an End-User, you may either make a claim against the installer or builder from whom you purchased the Frame or you may make a claim against us directly. In order to make a claim against us, you must post, fax or email us a notice, using the contact details set out below. In your notice you must provide: details of why you believe the Frame is defective; a copy of your invoice, receipt or any other document which provides proof of purchase; Details of any expenses you have incurred in making your claim; and details of how we should contact you. Within a reasonable time after receipt of your claim we will contact you to arrange a time to attend the premises at which the Frame is located. Jurisdiction Our Warranty against Defects is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and any disputes will be determined by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
