slatted Frame 4 0, 4 6, 5 0, 6 0 1 2 Fit the extension legs to the ends of the headend (01) as shown This stage is for beds with castors. Castors are optional and do not have to be fitted. Remove plastic cap from the end of the legs. Insert the the castors. 3 4 Fit the two threaded studs (14)to center of the two end Fit four threaded cross bars (05) studs (13) ( the short Screw on the nut (15) to the thread in the side rail) stud but do not tighten to each end of the two side rails (4) 5 6 Fit the centre cross bar (06) with flat head screw (16) and nut (15) to center of one side rail (04). Repeat for the other end of center cross bar. Slide the side rail (04) and threaded stud (13a) into the locating tube on the cross rail (05). Fit the nut (15) and finger tighten the nut at this stage. Repeat for other 3 corners
7 Fit the center rail(07) by sliding it over the the threaded stud (14) located in the center of the end cross bar (05). Repeat for the other end of the center rail. 8 Remove center slat cap of center rail (07). Align the center rail (07) over center cross bar (06) and fit with CS screw (17) and nut (15) 9 Tighten all the fitttings in the slatted frame. Fit the slats. With the bow of the slat facing upwards slide one end of the slat (08) into the slat holder located in the side rail (04). 10 Remove slat cap from the center rail and slide other end of slat into it Repeat this for the opposite slat in the opposite rail. Then position the center slat cap over the center rail (07) and push down firmly in place. Repeat for all the slats. 11 This stage may require two people. Remove the screws and washers from the headend (01) and footend (02). Then, using these fittings, attach the frame to the headend and footend at your of the two height positions. 12 If the style of headboard or bed has knobs, screw knobs to top of headend and footend with the threaded stud provided.

Fit the leg posts the U groove over the the threaded (09) at each corner of the footend using stud (14) located in the center of the 6 allen head bolts (20). the end cross bar (05). repeat for the other end of the center rail. 9 Remove center slat cap of center rail (07). Align the center rail (07) over center cross bar (06) and fit with CS screw (17) and nut (15). 10 Fit slats as for slatted frame page 5, steps 9 & 10. 11 This stage may require two people. Remove the screws and washers from the headend (01) and footend (02). Then, using these fittings, attach the frame to the headend and footend at your of the two height positions. 12 If the style of headboard or bed has knobs, screw knobs to top of headend and footend with the threaded stud provided.

Remove the prefitted square nut (23) and allen key bolt (24).Use the holes shown below to attach the extension arm to the underbed drawer. 4 0 4 0 4 6 4 6 5 0 5 0 6 0 6 0 2 6 2 6 3 0 3 0 5 6 Now fit the drawer onto the siderail (04) of bed as shown below. Attach the extension arm (22) to each side of the underbed drawer (21) using allen key bolt (25) and allen key.
Fit the drawer onto the 7 8 center rail (07) of bed as shown below. On a 3 0 bed this fit onto the side rail. Now fit the square nut (23) and allen key bolt (24) in the lower hole in the extension arm if fitting on the center rail and in the upper hole if fitting on the side rail. 9 10 Now you can fit the slats and center rail.

1 2 Fit one side of the front rail (03) to the cross bar (05) with allen key bolt (12). Similarly it the other end of the front rail to the second cross bar. Fit one side of the rear rail (04) to the other end of the cross bar (05) with allen key bolt (11). similarly it the other end of the rear rail to the second cross bar. tighten the bolts. 3 now your base is assembled. Fit to the side panels (02). 4 this stage may require two people. Fit the assembled base to the side panels (02) with allen bolt (12) Do not tighten at this stage leaving the bolts loose to be able to it back panel. 5 attach the back panel (01) to the left and right side panels with allen bolt (13). 6 once the day bed is assmbled it the slats.
7 Fitting the slats. Fit a side slat holder (09) to each end of the the slat (08). Push the itted slat holder into the holes in the front rail. push the other end into rear rail. repeat this process until all the slats are itted in base and the trundle.
Fitting of Top Rail, Knobs and Collars if applicable parts CheCk list 01 Brass, Chrome or painted top rail 2 02 Collars 4 03 knobs 4 Fitting CheCk list 04 3/8 mm threaded stud 4 05 6mm threaded stud 715mm for headend 1 05 6mm threaded stud 786mm for footend 1 06 allen key Fit stud (04) into 1 2 threads provided in the Next fit brass tube into legs. holes in the collar and lower into legs of the frame, making sure that the stud is passing through the center of the tube. 3 4 Finally screw both the knobs Tilt the headboard and center ball onto the stud. or foot board and using 6mm threaded stud attach the top rail to the end. Tighten.
