This Hydroshield seal consists of fiberglass reinforced door skins, full-length composite stiles and composite top and bottom rails. * Decorative Glass Select from our numerous standard glass designs or from the additional designs on the back cover. We can add our break-through resistant package to any lite you select. In addition, we offer the opportunity to design your own glass or give us an idea of what to make. We welcome your challenge. * Environmentally Sound Polyurethane Foam Core While some other fiberglass door manufacturers still use HCFC-free foam, we are proud to offer a door which is CFC-free in compliance with U.S. environmental standards. The advanced polyurethane core used in our doors also enhances the doors soundproofing capabilities and provides superior thermal performance. * Fiberglass Reinforced Door Skins Our high-impact compression molded skins will not splinter, dent, warp, rot or rust. Surfaces are easy to stain, paint or clean. Our deep-profile fiberglass skins create stronger dimensions and crisper shadow lines. Architecturally-correct stile and rail proportions enhance the doors traditional oak appearance. * Protector Break-through Resistant Glass Panels Shown on page 7 is a special security option that can be added to all decorative glass to make it break-through resistant. * Prehung Unit includes A warp-free insulated door completely machined and hung with 3 hinges. Standard 4 9/16 door jambs with compression weather stripping, adjustable aluminum sill, non-conductive door sweep and 1 insulated glass. 2 brickmould casing (optional). Details Glass and Lockset Info on page 7 * Composite Pre-hang Components Maintenance-Free composite jambs, astragals, mull and brickmold casings are available. * 20 Internal Blocking The lock area is reinforced with a 20 long block to assure a secure mounting base for all decorative door handles and deadbolt installations. * Integrated Door and Sweep High-strength engineered composite top and bottom rails prevent moisture from seeping into the door. Bottom rails will also accommodate a wide range of door sweeps. Composite Stiles & Rails Our full-length composite stiles provide complete waterproofing for the door s insulation.
