Use selected configuration for shelf locations. Shelf lengths and arment bars may need to be cut depending upon configuration desired. STEP 2 - Marking Measurements On Wall 1.

4 IMPORTANT - Read Before Assembly 12 in. deep Woodcrest Organizer and 16 in. deep Woodcrest Organizer use the same assembly instruction process EXCEPT DUR- IN TE J-OOK PLACEMENT ON TE ANLE BRACKET. Assembly instructions are written for 8 ft. configuration A. All assembly processes are the same for each configuration EXCEPT for the order or locations of the assembly process. Use selected configuration for shelf locations. Shelf lengths and arment bars may need to be cut depending upon configuration desired. STEP 2 - Marking Measurements On Wall 1. Locate the 3 main shelf height locations for your configuration. 2. Measure up from the floor & mark the 84 in. location. 3. Measure up from the floor & mark the 42 in. location. 4. Measure up from the floor & mark the 72in. location. 84 in. - top shelf 42 in. - lower hang shelf 72 in. - long hang shelf All cut shelf lengths are used in closet configurations supplied. Depending upon your closet dimensions, some cut lengths may not be usable. EXAMPLE: If you choose an 8 ft. closet configuration and the width of your closet is 8 ft. 4 in., the cut shelf length will be short 4 in. for use. It is recommended that if your closet is over the selected dimension (8 ft.), then choose a configuration from the next dimension higher (10 ft.). EXAMPLE: If you choose an 8 ft. closet configuration and the width of your closet is 7 ft. 6 in., some shelf lengths may need to be cut 6 in. shorter in length to fit closet dimensions. VERIFY SELF MEASUREMENTS MEASURE - MARK - MEASURE AAIN Chosen configuration may not require use of all hardware or components supplied. 5. Draw a 6 ft. long level line out from wall end at 84 in. location. 6. Draw a 4 ft. long level line out from wall end at 42 in. location. 7. Draw a 22 in. long level line out from wall end at 72 in. location. 8. Locate stud locations at level lines It is recommended to secure hardware into wall studs for overall strength and stability of closet system. If choosing a custom designed configuration, modifications to the instructions provided will be necessary. All configurations provided may be reversed. STEP 1 - Determining Your Dimensions 1. Locate your desired configuration (Instructions are written for 8 ft. configuration A). 2. Double hang is created with 2-4 ft. shelf length. 3. Long hang is created by cutting a 4 ft. shelf to in. wide. (If your closet is greater or less than 8 ft. wide you will cut your shelf greater or less that distance.) STEP 3 - Tower Assembly 1. Place tower sides (D) down with grooves facing up. 2. Insert cam bolts (DD) at tower bottom hole locations (Do not over tighten). 3. Insert tower sides into tower bottom (E). 4. Insert cam nuts (O) into tower bottom shelf (E) with arrow facing bolt hole. 5. Secure by turning cam nuts clockwise to tighten. 6. Repeat for opposite tower side

Flush Tower top (F) with tower side (D) & tighten with allen wrench provided (W) (nut position may need adjustment). 7 8 STEP 4 - Installing Top Shelf & Tower It is recommended to install hardware into wall studs. Typically 16 in. on center. Center the top screw hole of the shelf mounting L-clip (I) hardware with the level line & mark all hole locations. 2. Secure L-clip (I) to wall using #8 1 1/2 in. screws (BB) at hole locations (Use wall anchors provided if no stud is present). 3. Repeat for remaining L-clip locations. 4

Remove shelf (A) and tower. 17. Align shelf end (J) hardware with the mark on the tower & mark screw hole locations. 18. Secure shelf end (J) to tower top using #8 1/2in. screws (OO) at hole locations. NOTE: If shelf is mounted level with the tower top, the shelf end hardware should be centered on the end of the front rail of the tower top Install wall anchors at tower bracket locations if no stud is present. 20. Place tower onto wall and align with hole locations. 21. Place shelf onto wall hardware. 22. Secure tower to wall using #8 1 1/2in. screws (BB) at all bracket locations. 23. Secure shelf to hardware using #4 3/4 in. screws (S) at all hardware locations.

Secure L-clip (I) to wall using #8 1 1/2 in. screws (BB) at hole locations (Use wall anchors provided if no stud is present). 3. Repeat for remaining L-clip locations Position shelf end template onto tower side. 10. Align template line with adjacent wall line. 11. Level template. 12. Mark Shelf End (J) position for required depth (12in. or 16in. depth). 13. Secure Shelf End (J) using #8-3/4in. screws (T)

Secure Shelf End (J) using #8-1 1/2in. screws (BB) (use wall anchor if no stud is present) STEP 6 - Installing Long ang Shelf 8 8 On the 72 in. level line space shelf mounting L-clip hardware equidistant in the following manner: 2 L-clip hardware within the 24in. shelf location 1. Center the top screw hole of the shelf mounting L-clip (I) hardware with the level line & mark all hole locations. 2. Secure L-clip (I) to wall using #8 1 1/2 in. screws (BB) at hole locations (Use wall anchors provided if no stud is present). 3. Repeat for remaining L-clip locations Position shelf end template onto tower side. 10. Align template line with adjacent wall line. 11. Level template. 12. Mark Shelf End (J) position for required depth (12in. or 16in. depth). 13. Secure Shelf End (J) using #8-3/4in. screws (T)

Angle Bracket for 12 in. deep Woodcrest Organizer On the 12 in. angle bracket install it is recommended to pre-pilot screw hole locations with a 1/8 in. drill bit prior to securing the J-hook to the angle bracket Place J-hook (L) snug with underside of bracket (V) & flush the front edge of the J-hook (L) with the front of the angle bracket (V). 2. Secure using #8 1 in. screws (MM). 3. Repeat for each angle bracket & J-hook STEP 7 - Installing Angle Brackets 16 in. Angle Bracket for 16 in. deep Woodcrest Organizer 1. Measure 3 in. back from front of angle bracket (V) & mark location. 2. Place J-hook (L) snug with underside of bracket (V) & align the front edge of the J-hook (L) with the mark. 3. Secure using #8 1 in. screws (MM). 4. Repeat for each angle bracket & J-hook Insert #8 3 in. screw (Y) into angle bracket (V). 5. Position angle bracket (V) 6 in. or 4 slats in from shelf end (bracket may be positioned in your desired location). 6. Ensure bracket (V) is square with shelf underside & back wall. 7. If no stud is present, mark hole location by driving screw into drywall. 8. Install anchor if no stud is present. 9. Secure angle bracket using #8 3 in. screw (Y). 10. Repeat for 2nd angle bracket. 11. Repeat for all shelf locations

10 Insert bar end (M) into end of garment bar (). 8. Turn clockwise to tighten & repeat for each bar end (M) Place garment bar () onto J-hooks (L). 10. Secure garment bar () to J-ooks (L) using #6 1 1/4 in. self tapping screws (U). 11. Repeat for all garment bar locations STEP 8 - Installing arment Bars 1. Locate the bar dimensions in you configuration guide 2. The double hang garment bars are created by using 2-4ft. bars (). 3. The long hang garment bar is created by cutting a 4ft. bar () to 21 in. wide (The required distance may vary based on actual closet dimensions) DOUBLE CECK MEASUREMENTS PRIOR TO CUTTIN BARS 5. Measure required dimension, mark & cut bar () (if necessary). 6. Repeat for all bars. 4 4 STEP 8 - Assembling Drawers 1. Insert cam bolts (DD) into left drawer side (II) and at hole locations. 2. Repeat for right drawer side (JJ)

11 3. Align interior grooves on drawer sides (II, JJ) and drawer back () then insert side cam bolts into drawer back () at hole locations. 4. Insert cam locks (O) into drawer back () at hole locations and turn clockwise to tighten drawer sides to drawer back (Do not overtighten) STEP 9 - Installing Drawers 5. Insert drawer bottom (KK) into interior grooves. 6. Insert cam bolts (DD) into back of drawer face () at hole locations. 7. Align drawer bottom into interior groove on drawer face and cam bolts into drawer side locations. 8. Insert cam locks (O) into left and right drawer side at hole locations 9. Secure drawer face to sides by turning cam locks clockwise tighten (Do not overtighten). 5 6 Slide position on drawers are dependent upon drawer location inside tower. Based upon your chosen configuration, see below for slide position. Drawers located at top of tower (from top to bottom) Drawer 1: slide position A / tower groove 1 (suppiled) Drawer 2: slide position B / tower groove 3 (suppiled) Drawer 3: slide position A (optional) / tower groove 4 Drawers located at bottom of tower (from bottom to top) Drawer 1: slide position A / tower groove 1 (suppiled) Drawer 2: slide position B / tower groove 2 (suppiled) Drawer 3: slide position A (optional) / tower groove Remove interior of Drawer Slide (AA) by fully extending slide until lever is exposed. 2. Slide lever to release interior Insert drawer handle screws (LL) into drawer face at hole locations. 11. Attach drawer handle (X) to drawer face. 12. Repeat for remaining drawers. 10

12 Check that slide catch is open (orange part). 13. If pushed back & in a closed position, push the blue slide forward while opening the catch (orange part) Determine slide drawer side position from above listing. 4. Place slide interior onto drawer side with closed end facing drawer face. 5. Center align the interior drawer slide onto the required score mark. 6. Secure the front interior slide to drawer side using the #8 1/2in. screw (P) in the vertical oval hole location. 7. Secure the back interior slide to drawer side using #8 1/2in. screw (P) in the horizontal oval hole location Repeat for remaining slides. 15. Insert drawer into tower and connect slides together. 16. Repeat for remaining drawers. 17. Loosen #8 1/2 screw (P) on front slide position on the drawer side for front drawer spacing adjustment (Up & down) 18. Tighten when adjusted and lock position by secureing #8 1/2in. screw (P) in the round hole on drawer slide Determine slide tower groove position from above listing. 9. Place the exterior drawer slide into required tower groove position. 10. Flush drawer slide with tower front. 11. Secure exterior drawer slide to tower side using #8 1 1/4in. screw (Q)

13 STEP 10 - Installing Adjustable Shelves 1. Select 24in. adjustable shelf () & insert shelf pins into shelf ends (EE). 2. Adjustable shelves may be placed anywhere within the tower. 3. Place the shelf into the tower by inserting the pins into the tower grooves Re-drill hole 1-1 1/4 in. deep using a 1/4 in. drill bit. 6. Repeat steps for each shelf end. 7. Insert shelf pin into holes at each end STEP 9 - Final Touches Creating Adjustable Shelves Put your excess cuts back into your closet. Any material greater than 24 in. wide can be used as an additional shelf. Cut excess lengths to 24 in. wide to use as tower shelves & place where ever you choose. 1. Insert mushroom caps (N) into barrel nut holes on tower. 2. Insert mushroom caps (NN) into angle bracket screw holes. 3. Touch up scratches & cut ends with stain pen (FF) provided Measure required dimension, mark & cut shelf (if necessary). 2. Place shelf end bracket onto shelf Using the lower hole location on the bracket, drill a pilot hole using a 1/8 in. drill bit. 4. Remove the shelf end bracket. 12
