If any independent contractors (including hauliers) are to be used, details of who they are and confirmation of their competence(s) must be give to the Auctioneers. The purchaser should ensure that their contractors hold sufficient public liability insurance, copies of which should be made available to the auctioneers if requested. CLEARANCE: Purchasers may be required to pay a deposit on lots which may cause damage or leave a hole in the fabric of the building after removal.
