DV28 This light can be surface mounted in areas needing low level lighting for steps, walkways, doorways and for general lighting on larger boats.

This light uses the best quality materials and is designed for longevity and tested for water tightness to IP66.

1 DV28 This light can be surface mounted in areas needing low level lighting for steps, walkways, doorways and for general lighting on larger boats. The bolted bezel is machined stainless steel 316 L and ensures a strong exterior for exposed areas. It is available with a frosted and clear lens depending on which light version you choose. This light uses the best quality materials and is designed for longevity and tested for water tightness to IP66. The DV28 is available in 12 or 24 volt with a twin MR11 lamp option, maximum wattage 20 watts per lamp and 12 or 24 volt LED. LED colors available are cool white, warm white, blue and red. Underwater Lights USA, LLC takes pride in providing well designed, high quality and thoroughly tested lights that allow you to enhance your boating experience. These lights can be installed in your vessel for aesthetics, security and safety. General Operating Information: The two commercial grade Halogen lamps used in this light will provide robust and reliable operation under normal operating conditions. Also, each lamp can independently swivel in the forward looking direction to achieve the desired illumination. General Safety Information: This light is intended for vessel exterior (rain or indirect water spray) lighting applications. Always disconnect and lock-out power before working on light. 3 DV28 Light, 12VDC or 24 VDC Installation: After selecting a flat surface, cut a 112mm (4.4 ) wide x 57mm (2.24 ) high oval hole through said surface at the desired location. Caution! Check that no electrical wiring, fuel lines, oil lines, water lines etc., pass near or through the intended hole location. Remove six Socket Flat Head Screws (13), Front Flange (2) and six supplied Phillips Flat Head Screws (11). Place Main Body (1) with Large Body O-Ring (9) through above oval hole and carefully secure using six Phillips Flat Head Screws (11). Note: Depending upon installation surface material, six small pilot holes may be required. Place Front Flange (2) onto Main Body (1) and secure using six Socket Flat Head Screws (13). Connect the first wire lead to a switched and fused power source then connect the second wire lead to good ground. Note: The light has no electrical polarity. Serviceable Parts: Lamp replacement is done by removing six Socket Flat Head Screws (13) and Front Flange (2), pulling the old Lamp (17) out of the Lamp Socket (16), carefully pushing a new Lamp (17) into the Lamp Socket (16), installing the Front Flange (2) onto the Main Body (1) and securing with six Socket Flat Head Screws (13). Caution! Ensure that the new lamp is clean and free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, water and finger prints. Additionally, Glass (3) and Front Flange (2) are a permanently bonded assembly.
