1 Installation Guide Important: Please Read carefully through this installation guide prior to starting the setting out of your new fence. This product will provide you with years of trouble free protection if installed in accordance with these directions. The recommendations detailed in this guide produced by BelAire are formulated along the lines of good building practice. They are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of all the relevant data. Further, as the success of projects depend on factors outside the control of BelAire (e.g. Quality of workmanship, particular design, detail requirements, etc), BelAire accepts no responsibility for, or in connection with, the quality of the projects or their suitability when completed. STEP 2 Check Levels. Check the levels for your proposed fenceline starting at the highest point. STEP 3 - Marking Out. Mark out the centre of your fence line with a chalk line. STEP 4 Marking out the Panels. Mark out with a pencil, the glass panel sizes being used allowing for the gaps between the glass of approx. 25mm 75mm But not to exceed 100mm Please Note that the gate panel only come 900mm wide and only has a 10mm gap between panels on both the hinge side and the latch side.

Using a 6mm masonary bit, drill down approx. 50mm to form pilot hole then redrill using the correct size drill bit to suit the anchor you are using. You will need to drill down to a depth of aproximaitly 120mm. Once you have drilled the correct holes size and correct depth, then you will need to clean the hole out so its free of any dust. You can do this by using either a Vacuum cleaner or by Blowing the holes out with a pump. STEP 8 Placing The Spigots. Once all the spigots have been placed in their correct positions, set up a raised stringline to go through the centre of the spigot so it just hovers approx. 2mm above the bottom but not touching.

6 STEP 9 Applying The Chemset.Place nozzel as deep as you can go, squeezing the Chemset into each hole, filling approx. 2/3rds of the hole depth. Applying the Chemset to a maximum of 8 holes at any one time as harding time is extremely quick. Position spigot back in position as soon as possible, then push threaded rod and nut into position so the nut is flush with the top of base. Leave to set for at least 1 hour. Using a socket head, wrench tighten the nuts to create maximum stability. And then finally place the cover plate over the spigot.

7 STEP 11 Lifting The Glass Into Place. Lift the glass in place. This requires 2 people. Gently lower the glass into the centre of the spigots without making contact with the stainless steel.
