We have developed three standard sizes of pump sections based on both multi lobe and single lobe screws that have metal rotor with 1 through 5 heilcal teeth. Screw pump sections have standard rotor and stator connection to allow their use in any makeup of tubing and rod strings as well as drive heads of both domestic and foreign manufacture. Spiral blade calibrators provides 360 contact with the wellbore walls. These tools are recoended for use in turbine drilling in medium-hard and hard formations. Straight blade tools enable to reduce hydraulic resistance when drilling in soft formations liable to swelling and building thick filter cake. Calibrator is used to drill out a borehole to gage and reduce hole deviation. As compared to other similar design tools, the calibrators are characterized by enhanced durability and have hardfaced blades that provide strength balance and help retain centering ability until the hardfacing is worn out. Centralizer consists of a socket equipped with six straight blades with wear-resistant hardfacing and a collet with a kerf cut. Unlike foreign-made movable centralizers, 3-CDP centralizers can be attached to the bottomhole assembly with smaller radial clearance between PDM housing and the wellbore wall. Simple design with minimum parts, large contact surface area of the collet provides easy operation, high reliability and greater breakthrough force. The cut of the collet prevents the thread from jaing when the collet contracts, and helps ensure reliable forecasting of required breakthrough force within the range of kn according to make-up torque of knm. Junk basket consists of a housing with two female connecting threads and one left-hand male thread, on which the catcher is screwed. Inside the catcher there is a left-hand square thread. The tool can be used both in rotary and turbine drilling. Junk basket is attached to the bottomhole assembly right above the drill bit. The impression is left on the bottom or side of the lead. To get the impression of collapse or erosion of casing, a cone impression block is used that is a metal rod incorporating an ID passage to allow circulation and circular grooves to ensure stable connection of the lead and the housing. The top of the tool has a thread to connect to the drill string. To determine the configuration of a collapsed drill pipe and its position i.e., whether it is centered or off to one side, flat impression blocks are used that help identify the position of bit and metal objects in the hole. 16 Junk mill F3 Junk mills F3 are designed to mill metal objects or cement in cased and open holes. The mill consists of a cylindrical body, the lower end of which is hardfaced with crushed tungsten carbide to provide contact between the milling edges and the fish. The hardfacing incorporates flush ports to allow circulation in the milling zone. This ensures uniform cooling of the milling zone and removal of metal cuttings. 18 Washover shoes FK Grinding-cutting washover shoes are designed to mill stuck drill pipes and tubing in cased holes. Both left and right hand washover shoes are provided. Washover shoe consists of a cylindrical body, the lower end of which is dressed with crushed tungsten carbide. It is used for squeeze cementing, acid treatment, hydrofrac and well testing. The packer is equipped with plunger-type anchor shoes, three-element packing system and internal large-size bypass for safe and trouble-free operation. PGE-1 packer can be run singly or with a retrievable bridge plug. During workover operations in high-temperature environment, the packer is kept in the packer seat by a hydraulic hold-down slips system. The assembly is run in the wellbore below or above the perforation, with the bypass valve turned OFF. Left-hand rotation of the tubing provides closure of the bypass and engagement of the string and lower slips. Under the required weight of tubing, the assembly ensures isolation with rubber elements. The assembly can be pressure-tested in a unperforated string. The packer returns to the transport position by lifting and right hand rotation of the pipe to close the bypass valve and release the lower slips. If required, the bypass may be left open to allow circulation through the packer. The packer can be reset to higher intervals by lifting the tool and applying load on it to set it in place. To reset the packer to a lower interval, the packer must return to the transport position to move down.
