We start every meeting with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. our auction begins. Then at 7:15 we start our membership meeting that consists of: Door Prize Drawings (Junior and Adult), General Business, Short Program, and Live Auction (must be a member to enter items in the auction & limit of 5 items per meeting). YN s have their program at every meeting. Like to dismiss before 8:45 if at all possible. From the Editor s Desk I was in the farm store the other day and heard the chirping of chicks. I, also, noticed my tulips are starting to bloom. Both are sure signs that spring, Easter and April are around the corner. These chicks made me think of the Easters of my childhood. When we would hunt our eggs, we d find candy in them. But my nephews tell me their eggs have money in them. Wish, I d had those eggs to hunt as a child! April brings another birthday for my teenager. Hard to believe how fast time can fly by. Seems like it was just yesterday that he was hunting his first eggs with his great grandma. The rest of the year promises to come as fast as the first three months have. Hope everyone had a good Easter. See you at the meeting.
