WORK EXPERIENCE 2009 present Radiocommunication Consultants Managing Director Cyprien has provided expert support to many spectrum organisations on modern spectrum management across the bands LF to SHF. He is also responsible for the technical content and methodology for all ATDI consultancy projects. Cyprien works as a senior Consultant to major organisations such as British MoD, several European spectrum regulators and other key accounts. In addition, Cyprien oversees the day-to-day management of the company and drives the specification, development and management of existing and new products Technical Director Cyprien managed the technical aspects of the quality assurance system, and was responsible for the technical content and methods for all consultancy projects Product Manager Cyprien managed the portfolio of civil products, including the marketing mix, control of specification and product support; this encompassed running user groups. He was responsible for bringing in many new products to enhance the existing portfolio.
