5 OPTICS Probably the easiest way to compare the performance of most projector style flood and facade manufacturers is to measure the peak candlepower of their highest output fixture in their narrowest beam option. This exercise will reveal that Insight's Pro-Spot leads the industry with over.6 million candela in our 00W 4000K option. After 6 months of design development, our custom optical designs allow the designer the choice of any standard array in discrete white LED and RGB color changing platforms with best in class narrow medium, and wide beam performance. But we didn t stop there, because we ve also learned that quad-chip platform designs in RGBW, RGBA and RGBLime offer distinct color mixing advantages in distributions for and 4 story building accents as well. Industry leading performance can be specified in convenient sizes, each with 5 optical choices, or if you don t know what distribution you need, you can order our very popular field installable optics kit, which allows you to change your distributions at the job site. Industry Leading Photometric Design 4 Beam At 00W 4 & degree and 5 degree is often used to accent architectural columns or vertical elements between windows on multi-story buildings. Often these fixtures provide a narrow graze of light on buildings up to 50 feet tall. This optic can be combined with our lens or DGL lens option to create clean distributions. 0 degree is the narrowest beam available in our quad chip product platforms, where red, green, blue and white reside under one single optic, creating clean color mixes out of each optic. This approach for facade lighting doesn t give you quite the same peak candlepower as our 5 degree discrete option, however is a preferred distribution for medium light throws of 0-50 feet.,65,49 Candela 50 Lumens 0 60 This beam distribution can provide a medium narrow wash to wider architectural accents. they have also been a popular choice for lighting flags. 40 degree is often used in facade lighting of a building where you have room for the fixture to be offset from the walls. 0 or foot setbacks can create excellent uniformity with fixture spacing of 5-0 feet. This distribution like the 40 degree is best for offsets of 0-5 feet for flood lighting approaches to the facade. 6 MOUNTING VERSATILITY When it comes to facade lighting, we've learned that some of the biggest challenges are figuring out where and how to mount the luminaires. 7 COLOR MIXING OPTIONS Insight offer more color mixing choices than any other lighting manufacturer. Eight different color options RGB RGB features individual Red, Green, and Blue diodes. These diodes combined with our high performance optical lenses allow for maximum peak candlepower in distributions of choice. This is color changing arrangement is the most commonly used color mixing approach in the lighting industry. Ideal for normal facades and highlighting of architectural features.. RGBW RGBW platforms allow the creation of simple pastel colors and offers the specifier the choice of a single pure white light option.this choice is offered as discreet; RED, GREEN, BLUE WHITE diodes or in a four cluster package in one location (quad chip). See example on following page. Quad chip approaches allow for ideal color saturation directly from the fixture aperture. EACH DIODE CONTAINS RED, GREEN, BLUE, WHITE INDIVIDUAL DIODES OF RED, GREEN, BLUE, WHITE RGBA Red, Green, Blue, Amber LEDs allow for warmer and more vibrant color mixes. Often used in facades with warm brick or stone elements. RGBL (Red, Green, Blue, Lime) RGBL is our latest architectural platform and offers superior color mixing without sacrificing the white light tunability. RGBL allows for all of the holiday color changing needs and offers our best white light CCT selections. ACTIVE WHITE Active white offers a tunable CCT option that is best for use when don't know what color tempereature you need or you're trying match a certain white color temperatures already present on the building. Quad Chip Array for RGBWq, RGBAq, RGBLq The Quad LED Array integrates multiple colors (ie; red, green, blue, amber) into a single location for immediate and superior color saturation. Ideal for direct line of sight applications where the face of the fixture is visible Creating color consistency between the luminaire and the illuminated surface.
