4 Die roll pressure adjuster Magnifying lens and lamp are installed so that so that operator can easily and accurately set zero point of the die roll Spreader box It has the structure totally different from the conventional spreader box, the inner part which is in contact with the undiluted gelatin liquid is made of SUS316, which the outer part is made of aluminum. A dual structure! Since its thermal conductivity is 3 times faster than the conventional one, heat is evenly delivered to the entire spreader box and Gelatin will never get coagulated during operation. The spreader box and gelatin will never get coaulated during operation. The spreader box is designed and manufactured as per the. G.M.P standard to ensure the production of high quality of gelatin with high productivity in a sanitary and safe manner. Die roll push bar The die roll push bar is developed and designed in a digital type to make the input data of the forming die roll zero duing the production of the capsule. Since the thickness of gelatine and the pressure required for the foming roller are accurately controlled by the Digital system. 5 Filling adjustment handle The discharged material is checked digitally within the piston stroke in the pump, the pump is easy to use. It is designed to keep the charging(filling) tolerance within 0.02 ml. Cooling System Heat sensors are installed in the left and right cooling drum to optimize the production of the high quailty of gelatin. And the automatic controller is installed to keep temperature at a constant level up to ±0.1.
