We recommend that wherever possible you inspect lots prior to purchase. Lot 2 Lot 3 Serial No: Manufactured: Lot 4 Serial No: Manufactured: Associated Equipment: Siemens Antares Ultrasound with 2 x Probes - CH6-2, VF13-5 Linear array probe, VT 13-5, year 2010 Convex probe CH 6-2, year 2004 The unit power up and complyed the system initialisation. The CRT monitor, keyboard, trackball, gain control and console's function keys are in good working order. The 2 probes were tested and good air scan image was obtained. However the convex probe show weak elements on a small portions on both side. The system is in fair physical condition with 4 gain knobs missing. Toshiba Xario Ultrasound with 3 x Probes - PVT-375BT, PLT-1204AT, PVT-661VT 99E TV Probe, PVT-661VT 6MHz - year 2007 Convex Probe, PVT-375BT, 3.5MHz Linear Array Probe, PLT-1204AT, 12MHz - year 2006 Set of foot switches The unit power up and complyed the system initialisation. The CRT monitor, keyboard, trackball, gain control and console's function keys are in good working order. The interactive touch sreen display come on but the touch function are not working. With the touch screen not work, probe selection was not possible. The 3 probe were tested from the default probe connector and good air scan image was obtained. Except for the convex probe which seem to have a small group of weak elements. The cable next to the convex probe has been tapped. The printer is working fine. System is in fair physical condition. Zeiss Laser Visulas Zeiss Laser apprature, VL PDT, S/N: Zeiss Slit Lamp, SL 120, S/N: Zeiss Visulas 690s Page 1 6

2 Software: Lot 7 Lot 12 Serial No: Lot 59 Software: Lot 60 Software: Version 2.6 The slit lamp power up ok, with good optical system. The magnification and focus is working fine. The light beam controls and brightness adjustment is functional. The motorised table height adjustment is fully functional. The Visulas 690s power up and system initialised. Parameters adjustment keys are working fine. The LCD and information displays are working fine. With the selection of continuous mode function keys; error message are displayed: (F8-5: Service DAC Malfunction). No further test carried out. System is in good physical condition. X2 safety goggles and footswitch included. On/Off key is stuck in and the assembly is loose. Eschmann TD830 Diathermy with Yellow Footswitch - 83CB9C1177 The ESU power and numerical displays, mode selectors and RF output selector keys are working fine. The patient plate monitoring system is functional. Only the cut monopolar footswitch is included. Unit was not fully tested to verify RF at the outptut. Lot is in good physical and cometic condition. GE Dash 4000 Patient Monitors x / C3DJ5941G & K3EH7601G X 4 battery pack inserted 5 wires ECG lead x1 3 wires ECG leads x1 Both unit powers up ok and comleted the system self-test. The LCD and function menus are working fine. The system was tested with and ECG simulator only and good ECG traces were displayed. The parameters and alarms setting are functinal. Other parameters included are, SpO2, Temperature & NIBP (IBP for the 2nd monitor); but not fully tested. Both units are in good physical condition. Model: Dash Draeger Oxylog 2000 Ventilator Mains Adapter/charger Oxygen Hose 3.01 The portable ventilator power up and self-test completed ok. The LCD, alarm and parameters selector knobs are working fine. The system was tested with medical gsa and test lung and found to be in a good working order. The MV was within limit when was checked against the VT and Frequency settings. The internal battery needs charging, but otherwise the ventilator is in good working order and physical condition. Backup battery working on 4 out of 5 units. The display, control panel and rotory knob are in good working order on all of them. All the power adapters are in working condition too. The cover for battery indicator on one of the monitors is missing. Overall the units seem to be in fairly good physical and cosmetic condition. Datex Ohmeda Patient Monitor x 4 with Power Adaptor x 2 All units in the lot power up OK. Backup battery working on 3 out of 4 units. The display, control panel and rotory knob are in good working order on all of them. Both the power adapters are in working condition too. Overall the units seem to be in fairly good physical and cosmetic condition. Draeger Halothane Vapour 2000 Vapouriser x 3 All the units are in reasonable physical and cosmetic condition. Olympus MU-1 Maintenance Unit x , , All the units in the lot power up OK. The internal fan/pump appears to be functional. No further checks carried out. All the units are in fairly good physical and cosmetic condition. Stryker Arthroscopy Pump The pump power up ok. the numerical displays, pressure and flow selector keys are working fine. The peristeltic pump isrunning fine. System is in good physical condition. Olympus CLE-10 Light Source Unit powers up. All the controls are in good working order. Halogen lamp seems to be working ok. Overall it is in average physical and cosmetic condition. MISONIX Sonic One Ultrasonic Wound Care System Model No. E-AS022 The unit power up with numerical display and controls are responding ok. Footswitch and ultrasound tranducer not included, no further done. System is in good physical and cosmetic condition but not complete. Martin ME50 Diathermy Page 3 6

4 Lot 82 Lot 83 Lot 88 Lot 102 Lot 109 Lot 129 Datex Ohmeda Patient Monitor x 1, Dash 3000 Patient Monitor and Flat Screen The Dash 3000 monitor power up and system self-test completed. The LCD, rotary selector knob and function keys are working. The available parameters are ECG, SpO2 & NIBP. Only ECG was tested with a simulator and found to in good working order; good traces displayed. The battery packs and compartment cover are missing. Fair physical condition. Rhe Datex Ohmeda light monitor do not have a mains adapter, thus was not tested. In fair physical condition. Both Philips and GE MD15 LCD monitors are without mains adapters, not tested Datex Ohmeda S/5 Monitors x 4 with Modules and Datex Module Rack x 2 with All the units in the lot power up and pass their initial self-test successfully. The display and control panel are in good working order on all units, except 1 x units' selection knob is missing. Available parameters are 2 x IBP, ECG, SpO2, 2 x Temp, NIBP and 1 x gas module. Backup battery working on all the units, except 1 x unit, that same unit also displays 'SRAM error' on power up. The module racks and spare modules are in avergae physical condition and have not been tested. All the S5 anaesthesia monitors are in satisfactory physical and cosmetic condition. Olympus WM-60 Workstation with Pentax EPK-700 Light Source, Olympus CV All the units on the stack system power up OK. Both the light sources, i.e. Pentax and Olympus, produce good light output. All the buttons on light source and camera controller are in good working order. The 'ignition' button on the Olympus light source is a bit stiff and does not spring out when depressed. Image quality could not be tested as there is no camera/scope with the unit. Overall the stack system is in satisfactory physical condition. Olympus MU-1 Maintenance Units x 2 and Olympus Leakage Testers x 3 - Both MU-1 pumps are working fine and the leakage testers are in good overall condition. Datex Ohmeda S/5 Monitors x 2 with Leads and Datascope Passport Patient 2 x S/5 monitors power up and go through initial self-test successfully. 1 x Passport monitor powers up and passes its initial self-test too. The display and buttons on control panel are in good working order on all the monitors. Following parameters present on 2 x S/5 monitors: 2 x IBP, 2 x Temp, 1 x SpO2, 1 x ECG, 1 x NIBP and 1 x gas module. ECG was tested using simulator, NIBP & SpO2 were checked without simulator. The 1 x Passport monitor has following parameters: ECG, CO2, SpO2, NIBP, Temp. 1 x S/5 and Passport monitor work fine on backup battery but the other S/5 monitor does not work on battery. A stepdown 240/120v transformer is included. Both units powers up and the function keys and indicators are working. The light source panel indicators keep flashing since there is no link cable to connect to the processor. The video cable (pig tail) is not included. The LCD monitor is working fine. The system could not be fully tested because of the missing cables mentioned above. The system is in good physical and cosmetic condition. Olympus MU-1 Maintenance Unit x 2 with Leakage Testers , Both the units in the lot power up OK. The On/Off switch is in good working order. The LED on ON/Off switch is not working on one of the units in the lot. Overall they are in average physical and cosmetic condition. Eschmann TD830 Diathermy on Trolley with Footswitch The ESU power and numerical displays, mode selectors and RF output selector keys are working fine. The patient plate monitoring system is functional. No foootswitch included. Unit was not fully tested to verify RF at the outptut. Lot is in good physical and cometic condition. Olympus Stack System Including Sony Trinitron Monitor, Olympus OTV-SX All the units on the stack system power up OK. The CRT, indicators, and control panel on monitor / light source and camera control unit are in full working order. The camera produced good image quality and all the buttons are in good working order. The light source produced good light output and the brightness control is in good working order. Overall the unit is in satisfactory physical and cosmetic condition. Stack System with Zeiss Medilive Camera Control Unit, Medialink 100 Unit, All the units on the stack system power up OK. The control panel on all the units seem to be functional but have not been tested. The light source produced good light output and brightness control is fully functional too. Overall the stack system is in average physical and cosmetic condition. Zeiss OPMI 1-FC Colposcope Unit powers up OK. All the mechanical adjustments and lock are in good working order. Lamp and brightness control is fully functional.eyepiece are in fairly good physical and cosmetic condition. Overall the unit is in satisfactory physical condition. 21 Unit fails to power up. There is power going through the unit and the up/down mechanism is in good working order. No further checks carried out. Unit is in satisfactory physical and cosmetic condition. Lot 351 Lot 352 Lot 354 Lot 355 Lot 356 Lot 362 Draeger Resuscitaire Unit powers up and passed its initial self-test successfully. The display and control panel are in good working order, with the temperature settings working too. The heater element and exam light are in good working order. The suction, ventilator and Blender have not been tested. Overall the unit is in satisfactory physical and cosmetic condition, except for a little rip on the mattress. Dinamap Procare 300 Patient Monitor x 5 with Fingerclips All the units in the lot power up OK and pass the initial self-test successfully. NIBP and SpO2 are in good working order on all the lots but the functioning has not been verified using a simulator. 2 x SpO2 probes seem to be faulty and unit displays error 21. All the NIBP cuff and hoses are in average physical condition. All the units work fine on backup battery. They are all in satisfactory physical condition. Zeiss S2B Operating Microscope (no head piece) Unit powers up OK. All the mechanical movements and locks are in good working order. Head piece missing. 1 x Lamp powers up ok and the brightness control is working too. There are few tape coverings on the fiber optic cable, probably indicating cuts and damages, but the light output is satisfactory. Overall the unit is in average physical condition. Zeiss OPMI II Operating Microscope Unit powers up OK. All the mechanical movements and locks are in good working order. Lamp powers up ok and the brightness control is working too. There is a little chip on the prism block. Overall the unit is in average physical condition. Haag Streit Slit Lamp Unit powers up. The lamp is not working. All mechanical movements are smooth. Table up/down movement good. Eyepiece in fairly good condition.overall the unit is in satisfactory physical and cosmetic condition. Toshiba AplioXV Ultrasound with 3 x Probes - PVT-375BT, PLT-604AT, PST-65AT The ultrasound unit power up and system initialisation completed successfully. The CRT monitor, interactive touch screen, gain controls, console function keys & keyboard are in good working order. All three probes produces good quality air scan images. The linear array probe has a few weak elements visible on the scan image. The available mode (Power, CDI, 2D, Dynamic Flow and M mode are functional when simple test was carried out. No other movements were tested. Unit is in average physical and cosmetic condition. B Braun Infusomat Space Pump (S/N 31701) and Drop Detector, B Braun Units failed to power up. No power adapter. The pumps and drop detectors are i average physical and cosmetic condition. Erbe ICC 300 Diathermy with Footswitch The ESU power and system self-test completed ok. The numerical displays, RF output selector keys and footswitches are working fine. The patient plate monitoring system Nessy is functional. Both bipolar and monopolar footswitches are included. Unit was not fully tested to verify RF at the outptut. Lot is in fair condition with scratches on the top of the cover. Dash 3000 x 1 and Welsh Allyn Propaq Patient Monitor The Dash 3000 power up ok, system self-test completed ok. The LCD and function keys are working fine. The ECG parameter was tested with patientsimulator and good waveform display was observed. Both battery packs were indicating errors. System is in fair physical condition but not all parameters were tetsed. The Welch Allyn Propaq power up ok and LCD/touch screen are working fine. The unit was tested with the internal demo mode and the waveforms and displayed values were working fine. Fiar physical condition. Lot has no accessories included. Lot 418 Lot 467 Lot 470 Erbe ICC 300 Diathermy with Footswitch The ESU power and system self-test completed ok. The numerical displays, RF output selector keys and footswitches are working fine. The patient plate monitoring system Nessy is functional. Both bipolar and monopolar footswitches are included. Unit was not fully tested to verify RF at the outptut. Lot is in fair condition with scratches on the top of the cover Devilbiss 4Ltr Oxygen Concentrator with OSD x 4 Three out of the four power up, system self-test ok. The compressors are working and the oxygen indicator reads normal. The flow meter is functional. The output concentration of the units were not checked. The operation counters are at 17777hrs, 06534hrs, 05874hrs & 17436hrs. Unit are ib and average physical condition and may needs servicing. The setup was tested with ECG simulator and good ECG trace was displayed. All the function menus and parameters setting were working fine ok. System s are in good physical condition. No patient leads or probes included. Medtronic Stealth Station TREON Plus Surgical Navigation System Systen ID Unit power up but failed to boot up. Message displayed - CRUB Loading Stage 1.5. Error 17 Mistral Air Patient Warmer Unit power up ok, The Temperature settings and indicators are working. Fan and temperature settings 32, 38 & 43 Degrees C were tested and temperature reaches and maintained the set values. Output air temperatures were not verified. Eschmann TD830 Diathermy with Yellow Footswitch - 83CA0C1068 The ESU power and numerical displays, mode selectors and RF output selector keys are working fine. The patient plate monitoring system is functional. Only the cut monopolar footswitch is included. Unit was not fully tested to verify RF at the outptut. Lot is in good physical and cometic condition. GE Dash 3000 Patient Monitor with ECG Leads The mains indicator is on but the LCD screen failed to power up. Fair physical condition but not working.
