Neckband With RS facing, smaller needles, and C, pick up and knit 74 sts evenly along neckline. Beg Rib Patt, and work even until neckband measures approx 3 ½" from beg. Change to B, work one row of Rib Patt. BO in patt. Sew right shoulder seam, including side of neckband. Set in sleeves. Sew sleeve and side seams.
