The attention of the Global markets towards the Indian manufacturers and especially to the metal components manufacturing industries which have set a rapid rising demand for their products has energized our entrepreneur desires resulting into our undertaking an ambitious Foundry project under the name and style of Narayani Foundry. Narayani Foundry in its sq ft of land for the Foundry Unit & 10,000 sq. ft of land for the Machine Shop, is a well equipped Manufacturing unit, specializing in thin walled castings and machined components like Stator Frame, (Stator Housing), End shields, Housings, terminal box for the electrical motors as well as other castings like the Valve body casting and water pump body, gear casing castings. The melting shop consists of 2 no. of Cupolas. The company has a plan to upgrade the melting shop by installation of 2 nos. of Inductoterm make, induction furnace for melting as well as duplexing in the next 02 months which will enhance the capacity and capability. The melting equipments are backed with Ferro lab as the online metal chemical analysis instrument which indicates chemical composition and the respective range of hardness for the standard metal section, and further an emulsion pyrometer for the better temperature control. The Intensive Sand mixer, Sand Muller, Moulding Machines, Moulding Boxes, Moulding Jackets contribute to the Moulding shop. 1

2 The Core shop consists of core sand mixers; core plates, base plates, core painting and core dressing equipments, suitable for alcohol coatings as well as water based coatings and electric oven for core drying and heating. For the perfect sand control the company has sand testing facility(laboratory) for testing sand compression strength, permeability, moisture testing, AFS testing, mould hardness testing, scratch hardness testing in vicinity. The shot blasting machine and the various types of grinders like straight, swing type, bench type, as well as point grinders facilitate the fettling and grinding operations. The paint booth with Dipping & Spray Painting arrangements helps the finishing process for the castings. For Paint quality check, we have Paint Viscosity, DFT, Adhesive Testing facility. The company has developed in house facility for machining of castings by installation of VMC machine and plans to further expand by addition of CNC turning machines.
