2nd step install the driver like below: note: we have 2 driver here(below red box), both are same. you can install any one of them is ok. use this driver first, if not working use the second one install the driver
3rd step install net4.0 in this folder 4th step open the CNCC folder, suggest use the latest version. Double click to open the CNCC operate soft Then change the software language to English.(Note when you close it after select the language, the software will ask you do you want to save the change, please select yes, otherwise it will do not change into English) then re-open the soft, it will show the language you saved.
change language here, select English Before start engraving, you need adjust the focus 1. hang the laser head and make sure the hold frame at the bottom
2. connect you machine with cncc soft on PC After connect with PC, then click WS(weak spindle), then the laser will be on with weak light. Then you can adjust the focus of laser head 3. Use your finger to rotate the bottom ball under laser head to adjust the focus, make sure the point on carved material to be a minimum point Note: place this small metal plate on the top of your engraving material, then connected to PC, click WS button, the light will on. then rotate the small ball under laser head to make sure get a minimum point. then remove the small metal plate, start engraving or cutting. Each time you need use the small metal plate to check if you have get a minimum point, then start engraving or cutting. Or you will get bad cutting
4. When you engraving different thickness material in the future, just rotate this to up and down to adjust focus is ok
3.1 how to use CNCC soft How to use CNCC CNCC is free of installation, just open and click Auto connect is ok select language, then save and reopen the soft 3.2connect the machine to PC auto connect and disconnect button re scan port info after succeed connect
3.3setting data adjust NOTE:IF YOU ONLY BOUGHT OUR CONTROL CARD NEEDS SETTLE THIS,IF YOU BOUGHT WHOLE SET MACHINE JUST PASS ITEM 3.3 accelerated speed:this is starting speed, settle small machine will start slow, settle big machine will start fast. adjust direction of XY, make sure your machine up down left right(view from top) same as in CNCC soft. if opposite like you click right it move left or click up it move down. just click Rev and save is ok. this can set the move direction, hope you can understand this area, thanks. stepper motor setting, click it will show how to calculate the data. if you bought our whole machine, don't change it. our machine is 100 here. max moving speed(don't over 1500 at present, still modify soft now) travel limit setting, to setting travel limit here. but don't change it at present, as we will push new machine with stop block. weak power usually set to 5%(sometimes set to 2%),max power set the biggest power limit. this is just set power range here motor stepped angle(check your own motor,usually1.8) division number,3967 is is 16 thread pitch Teeth number
3.4 Engraving black and white photos you must note"primary model"just for gray scale photos, the rest"outline", "black white" needs Advanced model. Read this carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully click "Advanced model" we can get the below view Import photo(from our test file, you can have a try) click this to import pictures like JPG PNG BMP
3.4.2 Adjust pictures click this if you bought our 2800mw or 5500mw or 7000mw laser head, its TTL control engraving black and white picture detail adjust engraving outline of picture save the picture you made usually choose the 1st option to make black white picture and outline; the 2nd option laser will be always on(don't suggest to use). the 3rd and 4th option for grayscale engraving. from the top to bottom the speed will become slower and longer time cost. but quality is better. create code and save code dimension adjust set engraving speed, Max 1500 this is for writing function, needs buy Z axis or steering engine from us Create code click this to make sure X and Y move with same speed print gap. if gap is big between lines, make this small will get better quality but longer time cost if you want engraving gray scale photo, use "Primary model" to do. don't use this to make. this is just for some fancier to adjust themself. convert the engraving area and un-engraving area mirror the engraving picture, usually for stamp engraving dimension after click gray or outline after adjust well on top, click create G-code you can save the code file you adjusted well for next using point stay time, the bigger data here, the shorter time laser stay.
use your mouse middle button click to zoom check this is moving track, click this will make the soft more busy. suggest advanced PC choose this. here just for open the G code file purple point is the start point, just for start positioning. not where its start engraving, it always start engraving at the left bottom of the picture. it's hard to understand here this is set the engraving cycle times, you can set the engraving times you want like 2 or 3 maybe more. like more times to cutting.
3.4.4 Adjust engraving position click this to start the weak laser, then click "Auxiliary" up down left right to move the laser to the start point you want always remember click set zero after you have choose the start point. because machine always back to working coordinate(0 0 0), this means if working coordinate is not (0 0 0) before you start engraving, the machine will first back to (0 0 0). then start engraving, this will not the start point you want. it's hard to understand here, hope you can understand this Preview of engraving area just leave this area, this only for 3 axis laser engraving machine preview of engraving area check, the laser spindle will move with weak laser to draw a range box.
3.4.6 Set laser power;modify engraving speed(you can modify power and speed even the machine already run) modify the laser power, you can do this before start engraving or after engraving start Open NC file to engraving directly all settle well, click Run, start engraving modify engraving speed, you can do this before start engraving or after engraving start import G-code manually
3.5 TEXT engraving(same as top engraving black and white photos needs operate in Advanced model. Read this carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully click Text and input what you want input the text you want click to change the format and size
the rest follow previous black white photo engraving to do the rest adjust and start
3.6 Engraving Gray scale photos you must note"primary model"just for gray scale photos, the rest"outline", "black white" needs Advanced model. Read this carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully, carefully Import photo(make sure your screen same as the below picture) here to choose the gray style you want zoom to adjust dimension 1.import photos 2.choose space(usually 0.1) 3.photo processing(choose the style you like) 4.zoom(set the engraving dimension you want) 5.adjust burning time and power 6.start engraving grayscale photos start engraving gray scale photos burning time of each pixel(usually choose 50ms) set the power( this is just for gray scale setting) note: this power and burning time just for gray scale engraving photos.
3.6.1 Import photo(make sure your screen same as the below picture) 3.6.2choose spacing (usually0.1) and PR(choose the style you want and wait PC to process)
3.6.3 zoom(set the engraving dimension you want) adjust burning time and power(depends on your laser head power)
3.6.5 start engraving 3.7Auxiliary(Manual operation) double click you can input the data here, then the spindle will move directly. set manual move speed click K, then you can use your keyboard up down left right to move the spindle(laser head) back to work coordinate(0 0 0) back to machine coordinate(0 0 0) mouse click and hold the machine will move, loosen will stop

3. Question and answer Before you operating your Laseraxe Note: The continuous working time no longer than 60 minutes, and you need stop and Cooling minutes. Or the laser head will Overheating burned, also long time working will affect the life time of laser head. Before you think your Laseraxe got problem, you need check the below area to see: Make sure your laseraxe machine connected with power supply Make sure your laseraxe connected with your PC with USB line
1. Your Laseraxe cant connect with pc? 1, To check if you have installed driver on your pc. 2.To install Microsoft.net-.NetFx4.0x86x64 on your pc. 3, To modify your pc like below: 1. Open control panel on your PC 1 2. Open clock language and region 2
3. Open Region and Language 3 4. Change the format like below: English(United States) and OK to save 4
2. if all above 3 item you did and still can t connect with pc. 1. Change another USB port on your pc. 2. Change another USB line to connect your pc again. 3. Connect US via support@laseraxe-customize.com 3. No lights from Laser head. 1. Insert the power supply directly into your laser head to see if it s working, like below: If the lights on from laser head, means the laser head is good. If not, that s means the laser head broken( Remember this should be tested after you make sure the power supply is good) Remember wear safety glasses to check this 2. When you click WS(weak spindle) means weak lights come from laser head for preview before engraving, also you can move the laser head to the start points you want. See below: SP means strong spindle, means strong lights come from laser head.
If you click WS and found no light come from laser head, modify settings like below: Click setting area, at the bottom area. Set the weak power to 10%. The max power usually set 100%
If you still can not use our own developed CNCC soft, then check below. if you tried all the above ways and found still can not connect with CNCC soft, please use GRBL. 1. Don t flash the card, because our card can connect with Grbl directly. 2. We have put Grbl soft in disk and our Dropbox link(some old disk may don t have, please download below link: Dropbox: 3. install the Grbl soft then open and connect, choose the Baud rate Then will shown as below: Choose the right port, each PC will be different. SEE BELOW:
4. If you want move the spindle directly it will shown as below: see left bottom corner Here means no feed rate input, so you need input feed rate then move the spindle. So you need input F100 or F200 or F300 or Fxxx here then Enter. This will give the machine a moving speed, then you can move it. 5. Next you want start engraving, then choose file and start ok. Sometimes some.nc file incomplete, so you need convert your.nc file with our developed code to laser soft(also put in our disk and dropbox: 6. You can open your.nc file with our code to laser soft then convert it and save, then input Grbl to engraving. Original speed in.nc file Original power in.nc file. See this.nc file no power in original file. Its empty. So you need set a power and then save. Same to speed. replace speed in.nc file. You can set a new speed and then save code. Note: If you keep it empty, it will follow the original setting. Replace power in.nc file means full power, while 500 is half power. You can set the power here and save code. Note: If you keep it empty, it will follow the original setting. Usually don t need to change the data in yellow box, just leave it.
See below: save code and then you can input this code to Grbl soft to engraving. Connect US via
