FREE ELECTRON WIRE FOR LOSS FREE UTILIZATION OF ENERGY International Patent Application PCT/IN2012/ Indian Patent Application 1224/KOL/2011 IDENTIFYING LICENSING PARTNERS
New Free Electron Wire Novel electrical wire that can be used for efficient and loss free way to use primarily electricity and various other forms of energy.
Introduction Proposed a novel electrical wire, which can be used in various electrical appliances to make them highly energy efficient e.g. a ceiling fan if consumes electricity of Rs.100/- a month will consume electricity of Rs.02/- a month, if its coils are wound with this new type of wire. Thus the highly energy efficient electrical motors can revolutionize automobile industry by replacing fossil fuel cars with electric cars. Proposed wire can also be used to generate electricity from sunlight. Solar Power Plants can be set up in desert like waste lands of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Power generated in the Solar Power Plants of Gujarat and Rajasthan can be distributed all through out India by setting up loss fee transmission lines, with this new kind of wire.
Brief Technical Details of, New Free Electron Wire - 1 New Free Electron Wire has been developed by using a unique way by trapping free electrons in a vacuum tube. The abundantly available free mobile electrons in this vacuum tube moves large distances without any collision or disturbances and they have a full external manifestation of their fundamental charge, like static electricity. These free electrons are present inside the vacuum tube, at a particular density of about 2.02 x 10^8 electrons. The density of electrons depend on the use of the wire and the method of its connections. Here the columbic interaction between Free Electrons confined in the specially designed vacuum tube will enable the use of energy without any loss at room temperature and will generate huge amount of electromagnetic field.
Brief Technical Details of, New Free Electron Wire - 2 Body of New Free Electron Wire is made up of alternate layers of Teflon and Silicon Oxy-Nitride (SiO2-Si3N4-SiO2). Lastly a thin layer of metal foil like the one to wrap food or a little bit thicker than that, will make its production cost more or less equal to that of normal copper wires. The wire is designed in such a way that, two pieces of wires can be connected very easily. The connectors are designed specially for this new king of wire which will allow to replace copper wires with this new wire easily, to develop various highly energy efficient electrical appliances.
Brief Technical Details of, New Free Electron Wire - 3 Though the wire is actually a vacuum tube, filled up with free electrons but the wire along with its connectors are designed in such a way that the vacuum at the core of the wire with free electrons in it, will be sealed forever during production. Hence, there is NO NEED for a constant maintenance of vacuum or refilling the wire with free electrons again and again, during its use. Materials used to make the body of the wire has been chosen is such a way so that it can maintain the vacuum and keep the electrons trapped inside the core of the wire for a considerable amount of time, to make the commercial use of it economically and commercially feasible.
Brief Technical Details of, New Free Electron Wire - 4 The materials Teflon and Silicon Oxy-Nitride will not only enable to maintain a constant vacuum and keep the free electrons trapped for a very long time but will also make the wire as flexible as normal copper wires enabling the use of this wire to make coils and thus it can be used to make motors etc. Expected longevity of the wire will be the same as that of normal copper wires.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire - 1 Constructing the body of the new free electron wire with alternative layers of ceramic or polymer or dielectric materials or Telflon (layer 3)and a thin film from 1 nanometre to 100 millimetre of silicon oxy-nitride or silicon oxide or silicon nitride or ceramic materials or polymers or dielectric materials (layer 2) with one end sealed and other end opened as shown in the figures and thin film of metal encapsulation (layer 1) to cover the whole wire. Figure 1a
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire - 2 Open end of the new free electron wire has to be connected to the vacuum pump first through specially designed sealing base and then through a good quality high vacuum stopcock to create a vacuum, created should be in the order of 10-4 Torr or above the vacuum to be After the vacuum creation, close stopcock and now connect to the free electron generation nozzle. The outer most metal cover of the wire should be connected to a positive potential terminal to drag electrons inside wire and to create required density of electrons inside the wire.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire - 3 This set up will work like that of a capacitor with metal encapsualtion(layer 1) as a positive terminal, the free electrons inside as the negative terminal and the body of the tube made of various materials forming layer 2 and 3) as the dielectric After the device gets filled with the required density of electrons, connect the grid of the sealing base to a high negative potential to prevent the escape of free electrons and then apply heat on the open face of the Sealing Base to melt the Teflon to seal the wire permanently. Then put a sealing cap on the newly sealed face to finally seal it off.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire -4 During this process make sure that the metal encapsulation remains connected to the positive potential. Now when the positive potential will be turned off from the metal encapsulation it will leave behind the free electrons trapped inside. Now Peal off a portion of the metal encapsulation (layer 3) at a few centimetres away from one end of the New Free Electron Wire. The static electric field due to the free electrons trapped inside should be manifested from the pealed off portion.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire -5 Put a copper coil over the pealed portion of metal encapsulation. Peal off the metal encapsulation (layer 3) on the other end of the New Free Electron Wire and put an identical copper coil like as mentioned in above steps.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire -6 Connect one of the copper coils with an Alternating Current (A.C) supply and put a load (say a 100 to 500 watt electric bulb) across the other coil. When the A.C will be switched on in coil [A], the bulb connected to the other coil [B], at the other end will start glowing with full brightness proving the loss free transmission of electricity delivered to the New Free Electron Wire through coil [A] over the distance of (say100 meters) and delivered to the bulb through coil [B], at room-temperature.
Steps Involved in the production of New Free Electron Wire Figure below shows schematically how the individual materials used to make the body of the new free electron wire will help to keep the free electrons remain confined at the core of the wire for considerable amount of time to make the wire capable for commercial uses.
Applications: Proposed Commercialization Methods - 1 Ceiling Fans and Table fans can be developed by using this invention. These Fans will be extremely energy efficient e.g. if a ceiling fan consumes electricity that produces electric bill of Rs. 100/- a month presently, then the ceiling fan manufactured by using my invention will produce electric bill of Rs. 2/- a month. The production cost of these highly energy efficient ceiling fan will be almost the same as that of the fans currently available in the market. The proposed wire can be used to develop highly energy efficient high power electric motors. The motors themselves will have a huge market in various industries like electric pumps, Air-conditioning, in various industries where heavy power electric motors are required etc. These motors will reduce electric bill radically from simple domestic level to a wide variety of industries, reducing their production cost and thus increasing their net profit.
Applications: Proposed Commercialization Methods - 2 From the experience gained by using this technology in fans and motors and after successful commercialization of these fans and motors. The proposed technology could be used to re-design and re-develop the highly energy efficient electric motors to make them useable to develop absolutely pollution free and environment friendly battery driven cars and automobiles. Which would be efficient enough to replace all the fossil fuel vehicles, including heavy vehicles and thus will revolutionize the automobile industry. Solar power plants generating electricity from sunlight can be set up in desert like waste lands of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Then, this power can be transported to the farthest part of India through loss free transmission lines set up by using the proposed wire technology.
Conclusion A full and proper implementation of this new invention will make the environment pollution free to a large extent, will solve the greatest problem of modern human civilization i.e. the energy problem, by enabling the generation of huge amount of electricity from sunlight and thus making human civilization least dependent on fossil fuels. Thus in simple words this invention can make the planet Earth a much better place to live in, than what it is today.
