3 Working Group for Women ASBC s Working Group for Women is a think-do tank for forward-thinking women business owners, managers and employees that helps to ensure that gender concerns are reflected in our policy and advocacy work. It provides opportunities for women to develop and advance nonpartisan business policies and gender equity practices that showcase women s perspectives and demonstrate the advantages of diversity and inclusion for a sustainable economy. The Working Group for Women focuses on many issues, including: capital access, minimum wage, workplace practices, chemical reform and clean energy.
