6 Nevada Gold Discovery The Tuscarora Gold Project is a gold discovery just north of Nevada s most historically productive gold district 35km northeast of the Carlin trend, 20km southwest of the Jerritt Canyon deposit, 50km east-northeast of the Midas deposit American Pacific is drilling a staged program with the initial phase totalling 16 drill holes (approx 7,800 ft total) First 5 holes released June 28th- Drill highlights include: 9.39 g/t Au including 16 g/t Au 9.22 g/t Au 4.01 g/t Au Tuscarora South Lida JPL 6

7 The Tuscarora District The Tuscarora volcanic field is the largest example of Eocene age magmatism in Nevada The field formed between 39.9 and 39.3 Ma, which corresponds to the Ma age of gold mineralization in the Carlin Trend This represents the strongest period of gold mineralization known in the Basin and Range Province 7

8 Tuscarora Overview Tuscarora is a new high grade discovery consisting of 91 claims (1,818 acres), 50 miles north of Elko Nevada in a prime gold district Eocene volcanic rocks underlying most of the Tuscarora district host high-grade, epithermal Au-Ag veins In the 1990 s, Newcrest Mining Ltd and Franco-Nevada Corporation explored for the extension of the Navajo vein The Navajo vein was mined along strike for nearly two km until it was lost under pediment gravels to the south 8

18 Warwick Smith, CEO & Director Mr. Smith is a venture capitalist specializing in corporate finance and development for publicly traded companies. He has a background in marketing and finance, and formerly served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Western Pacific Resources Corp. (TSXV: WRP). During his tenure, Mr. Smith raised over $36 million for the Company, bringing in a financial partner and the management team to run Western Pacific s primary asset at the time. Previously to this, Mr. Smith provided corporate services for Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM). He was also one of the founders of Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI). Mr. Smith brings with him extensive media contacts and a strategic capital markets network built over two decades in the capital markets. Eric Saderholm, President & Director Mr. Saderholm is a professional Senior Geologist, Newmont s former Exploration Manager for the Western US. Mr Saderholm has worked on many large mines and projects including Bingham Canyon, Carlin, Midas, Gold Quarry, Twin Creeks, Lonetree, Mule Canyon, Black Pine, Genesis and Yanacocha. He has almost 3 decades of experience in the minerals industry with leadership in exploration, project development, property management and mining. Mr. Saderholm has been integral to geologic teams that added millions of ounces of gold to reserve bases in Nevada, Washington and Peru. Mr. Saderholm was Vice President, Project Development at US Gold from August 2006 until early Prior to that position, he was at Newmont Mining Corp for 12 years where his final position was Carlin Trend Exploration Manager, Regional Geologist. At Newmont, he also held the positions of Chief Geologist at the Phoenix Mine, Lone Tree Complex and Mule Canyon Mine. Mr. Saderholm served as the President of Western Pacific Resources Corp. (TSXV: WRP) from its inception in June 2009 to July Ken Cunningham, Director Mr. Cunningham brings over forty years experience in worldwide, diversified mineral exploration and mining geology from geologist to executive management. Ken has proven skills in management and organization of exploration and mining activities backed by an advanced skillset in all aspects of managing a public company. During his career he has been involved in detailed project evaluations and pre-feasibility work and has been involved in numerous discoveries and acquisitions, including several that have gone into production. For 12 years Mr. Cunningham served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miranda Gold Corp. He currently serves as a Director of Teras Resources Inc. and CopperBank Resources Corp. 19 Alnesh Mohan, Director Mr. Mohan has over 20 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. He has been a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP, a professional services firm focused on providing Chief Financial Officer and full-cycle accounting services to private and public companies, since Acting on behalf of several public companies, Mr. Mohan has acquired considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Norman Wareham, CFO & Director Mr. Wareham has over 40 years of financial, accounting and international management experience. He has provided management consulting and accounting services to public companies in Canada and the United States. He brings a success-driven and fiscally responsible approach to the public companies he has been a director/officer of. Mr. Wareham studied accounting with the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. Mr. Wareham is currently Vice-president and CFO of a craft brewery located in Ontario, Canada and a Director of Canamara Titanium & Iron Ore Corporation in Vancouver, B.C. ADVISORS: Ralph Rushton, Advisor Mr. Rushton is a geologist and corporate development professional who has worked in the mining industry for over 28 years. He is the executive vice-president of business development at Prospero Silver. He also serves as a director on the boards of a number of listed resource companies including Revelo Resources Corp., Focus Ventures Ltd. and Medgold Resources Corp. Since 2003, Mr. Rushton has assisted public companies in marketing and business development with a focus on junior mining and exploration companies.mr. Rushton has worked in the mining industry for almost three decades. Joness Lang, Advisor Mr. Lang is currently the president of English Bay Capital, a private consulting firm providing capital markets advisory and corporate development services for public companies in the natural resource sector. Mr. Lang joined the team at Maple Gold Mines Ltd. as vice-president of corporate development in June, 2017, transitioning from Riverside Resources Inc. where he had previously served as a vice-president as well.
