5 Senior Management Simon Ridgway Founder, President and CEO Mr. Ridgway is a successful prospector and mining financier, gaining his initial experience with grass roots mineral exploration. Starting out as a prospector in the Yukon Territory in the 70's, Simon and the teams under his guidance have discovered gold deposits in Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua and silver deposits in Mexico. Simon is a founder and the Chairman of Fortuna Silver Mines, and Founder and CEO of Medgold Resources and Focus Ventures. Kevin Bales CFO Mr. Bales has over 15 years of financial reporting experience in mining and information technology industries. He currently serves as CFO for several public junior exploration companies with operations in Canada, the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Mr. Bales holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting. Sally Whittall Corporate Secretary Sally has over 20 years experience in corporate compliance and securities regulations, and handles Radius' corporate regulatory work. Before joining the Gold Group, she spent six years working as a corporate securities legal assistant in a major Vancouver law firm. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and acts as Corporate Secretary for several of the companies in the Gold Group. Pedro Garcia General Manager, Latin America Pedro Garcia Varela, a Venezuelan citizen, graduated as forestry engineer at the Universidad de Los Andes in Venezuela. Pedro specializes in mining-related activities and has worked in the Latin American mining industry for 20 years, handling land, environmental and legal issues for North American companies. He is a valuable member of the team, managing public and community relations for Radius. Mr. Garcia is a director of the mining chambers of several Latin American countries. 6 Board of Directors Bradford Cooke Director Bradford Cooke, P. Geo., is a professional geologist with over 30 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Cooke has participated in the discovery of several mineral deposits, including uranium in Labrador, gold and tungsten in B.C., gold in Suriname and silver in Mexico. He has raised over CA$250 million in equity and joint venture financings for resource projects since Bradford received his B.Sc. Geology (Honors) degree in 1976 and a M.Sc. Geology degree in From 1976 to 1987, he worked as a project geologist for Noranda Mines, Shell Minerals, Chevron Minerals and as a geological consultant to junior mining companies. Mr. Cooke founded Canarc Resource Corp. in 1988 and Endeavour Silver Corp. in Today, Canarc is developing one of the largest high grade gold deposits in western Canada and Endeavour is one of the fastest growing primary producers of silver worldwide. Mario Szotlender Director Mr. Szotlender holds a degree in international relations and is fluent in several languages. He has successfully directed Latin American affairs for numerous private and public companies over the past 20 years, specializing in developing new business opportunities and establishing relations within the investment community. He has been involved in various mineral exploration and development joint ventures (precious metals and diamonds) in Central and South America, including heading several mineral operations in Venezuela, such as Las Cristinas in the 1980's. He was President of Mena Resources Inc. until it was purchased by Rusoro Mining Ltd., of which he was also President. In addition to being a Director of Radius Gold Inc., Mr. Szotlender is a Director of Endeavour Silver Corp. (Toronto Stock Exchange and AMEX) and Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange). He also consults to other public companies and to several private exploration companies. William Katzin Director Mr. Katzin is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, South Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
