1 Summit Highlights- Two-days event planned focusing on entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders in Africa and the United States of America to network, share ideas, best practices, and dialogue on common issues. The summit will also enable African Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs to review challenges, opportunities, and solutions to African problems. Goal: To build a Community of African Professionals guided by Christian principles Objectives: 1. Evangelism- To mobilizes young professionals around the mission of God. 2. Network - Empower young professionals and emerging leaders to create positive change. 3. Professional/Leadership Development - To offer an outlet for professional development, best practices sharing and niche networking among people of African descent 4. Education -To educate and develop young professionals by providing networking, career development and volunteer opportunities. 5. Community Engagement - To provide a channel by which young professionals can add value to each other and other emerging leaders. 6. Social outlet interaction among professionals, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders in a Christian environment - iron sharpens iron. 7. Building an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Foster innovation and entrepreneurship among Africans as a means of building wealth. 8. 2 DR. FRANK OFOSU-APPIAH Dr. Frank Ofosu-Appiah is an internationally recognized life coach and leadership architect. He is a respected speaker and author on issues related to leadership development and living a life of excellence. He has personally mentored, consulted for and coached a wide array of leaders in churches, businesses and government. He is the founder and Senior Pastor of All Nations Church in Atlanta, Georgia and General Overseer of the Living Springs International Churches, where he has apostolic oversight over several churches and organizations across the world. With a call to ministry beginning in 1982, and with over 30 years of leadership development experience, Dr. Frank has drawn on his apostolic and pastoral mantle to impact countless individuals and organizations. His influence crosses boundaries of ethnicity, class, gender, and denomination. He combines a keen sense of humor with a dynamic teaching style that translates complex Biblical principles into practical applications. He speaks regularly at leadership conferences, churches, and business seminars. His messages are known to motivate and encourage individuals to uncover their leadership potential. Dr. Frank studied at the Spurgeon's Bible College in London, Fuller Theological Seminary in California, Centre Europeen de Reserches Internationales et Strategiques (CERIS) in Belgium and Vision International University, California. He is an author and a noted educator, and the president of the Institute of Leadership Excellence and Development (ilead). He and his wife Mary live in the Atlanta area.

3 FRANCIS DJIRACKOR (MSC. ENG.) Francis Djirackor is the co-founder, Director and the Chief Executive O cer of Elris Communications Services Limited, an Engineering Support Services company. Together with his wife and co- Founder, Josephine Djirackor, who is also the Chief Operations O cer, set up the company in 2004 and have been working as the Executives of the company since then. Together they form an excellent and a formidable team in professional service delivery. One of their strongest value is that they are both quali ed Telecommunications engineers and well versed in the eld of Telecommunications and Information technology with over 35 years of combined experience in the industry. is enables them to provide the relevant support and mentorship to the team and directly creates con dence in quality service delivery. ey are entrepreneurs at heart and always see every event as a challenge and an opportunity to provide solutions. is kind of approach has really come in handy for the growth of the company and has helped enter into markets others fear to venture into. 4 DR. ADIELE NWANKWO Dr. Adiele Nwankwo is a strategic visionary leader and Management Consultant in infrastructure development and services. He is a senior executive and consummate transportation professional with 30 years of Public and Private sector experience. Dr. Nwankwo is also recognized for his exceptional ability to develop, implement, and successfully manage engineering and planning studies/programs. Dr. Adiele Nwankwo is the Managing Partner, Cincar Consulting Group, also worked and rose through the ranks to become the Senior Vice President of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a 14,000-people global infrastructure firm in the United States., he was twice recognized (in 2006 and 2008) by the Career Communications Group as one of the Most Influential Blacks in business and technology. Dr. Nwankwo is trained in the fields of Economics, Civil Engineering and Urban Planning. He is engaged in several non-profit and pro bono works, ranging from chairing a mayoral transportation transition team to leading a group of US Transportation officials to Africa for infrastructure capacity building. Dr. Adiele believes Africa has the opportunity to rise above the limited and build a sustainable economy by raising active generation who understand Entrepreneurship and Leadership models that can be implemented. Dr. Nwankwo has a passion for Africans to create businesses that will alleviate Poverty and improve the economy.

5 DR. TAYO IBIKUNLE Dr. Tayo Ibikunle (Managing Director, Global Technology, JP Morgan Chase) is a Managing Director in Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). He currently serves as the Head of IT Architecture and currently leads a significant multi-year IT architecture modernization for the business. Tayo has had several senior IT roles in JP Morgan Chase across many of the key businesses including the Investment Bank, the Commercial Bank, the Retail Bank, the Mortgage Bank and the Corporate Sector. While in the Credit Card business, Tayo led the migration of one of the world's largest credit card processing systems to JP Morgan Chase from a third party provider and subsequently assumed full accountability for its safe processing and enhancement.
