Martha was outside of her office and I told her my Mom was on the phone and she had no idea why Martha would not approve the check. Martha refused to talk to her, call her back or approve the check. Martha went back into her office with another customer as I was still on the phone with my Mom. I stood in the back at one of the small desks waiting for Martha and another couple walked through the door and stood near me waiting for someone to help them. When Martha was done with the customer in her office, she walked up to the couple who just walked into the bank and asked if she could help them and ignored me. When I told her I was next, Martha said she could not approve the check. Another employee, Victor asked if I needed help and I told him I needed a check approved. He asked for my Moms phone # and went into the back to

6 call her. Less than 5 minutes later, the check was approved. Martha should not have a position dealing with the public. She was extremely rude and un professional. Martha also told me that there would be an 8.00 charge to cash the check but when I cashed it, there was no fee. The teller that cashed the check was also rude. This branch needs to hire new staff. I had a dispute claim opened and although I provided documentation they denied my claim. They didn't protect me as a customer. I am not going to pay any dollar for that claim and they should take that responsibility. I can't believe that as a customer I have to justify a payment. And even when you provide documentation is still not enough. I recently received a letter from BOA Certificate of foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Individuals ), I m united states citizen, I couldn't figure out why they think I'm foreigner,i've been with bank of America since 2008,. The worse thing is there are only two ATM machines in our city and last eeek the lines were terrible. At least let us use the Publix ATM machines without having to pay a fee. The next day (today) while checking my Bank of America account on-line, I found out that BOA had put a hold on the check until November 7th. This is totally ridiculous!
