Lead Trial Counsel, English v. Rebelwood Apartments RP, LP et al. in wrongful death (premises liability) case in Hinds County, Mississippi; re-trial of case that had been reversed and remanded by Mississippi Supreme Court after $3 million verdict for Plaintiff prior to retention of Butler Snow; re-trial resulted in mistrial due to hung jury (2012). Lead Trial Counsel, Suzette Smith v. The Waggoners Trucking Corporation, et al. for a national trucking company, in Washington County, Mississippi; Plaintiff sought over $3.5 million for permanent and severe neck and spinal cord injuries suffered in accident involving an 18-wheeler; resulted in complete defense verdict (2012). Although the plaintiff did not prevail at trial, she and her family sent a gift and a kind note to Adam after trial that read Thank you for the kindness and dignity you showed us during the trial.
