I meant to send the list to Harmonix, but three days prior to the mailing I heard that the Guitar Hero III was moved to Neversoft, so I never mailed it to them.

1 THE RESULTS ROUNDUP Table Of Contents Forewords 1 Bands 2 Songs 4 Other stuff 5 FOREWORD Now 15 months after release of the poll results and the game being out 6 months now (for you lucky Americans, 3 months only for us Europeans), I think its time to check what was accomplished. I meant to send the list to Harmonix, but three days prior to the mailing I heard that the Guitar Hero III was moved to Neversoft, so I never mailed it to them. But this doesn't mean that they didn't read the list, as you might guess from the amount of songs people wanted in the game. After I had made the list, additionally to Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero 2 (for XBOX360), Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks The 80's (for PS2) and Rock Band (for PS3, XBOX360 and Wii) were announced, so I added the vital song info from them also to this list. I also have to apologize that I didn't send the to all those who wanted it, Mozilla Thunderbird - client just crashed everytime I tried to send the list to those ~3000 persons. 5 OTHER STUFF that made me pissed about Guitar Hero 3 & Rock Band First of all, I am totally pissed that we us Europeans don't even have Rock Band yet because it comes out in April. Why in the hell it comes almost 6 months later than in the US? Tho the same thing was with the first Guitar Hero... Also I am quite dissapointed with the amount of DLC for Guitar Hero 3, which pales in comparison with Rock Band. Also we PS3 owners who have Guitar Hero 3 have a lot less DLCs than Americans with XBOX360. We didn't get the free We Three Kings song or the Halo3 song (but after I saw it on Youtube, I propably wouldn't even want to play it as it pretty much sucked) or the Companion pack. And as Rock Band isn't published here yet, there arent any downloads for it either. Also eventho PS3 games work on all consoles, the DLCs wont. And the GH3 DLCs come to the Euro store a whole lot later, for example the Boss Battle pack, the Warner pack and Foo Fighter pack and Velvet Revolver packs all came 1-2 months later to Euro store and the Classic Rock pack hasn't even been released yet. If you downloaded GH3 songs from the US store (like I did with the Foo Fighters songpack), they don't work on the European version of the game, which meant I just lost $6.25, which is non-refundable. Also why aren't these download options embedded ingame like in Warhawk, Snakeball, Stardust HD (or as I've heard, in Singstar), so you would get real info when the new DLC-songs really are available, unlike now with the ingame feed, which usually tells you some really unimportant stuff about tournaments in the US and only tells you when the US store is updated, which is why I think the Euroversion should have its own feed. And also small things piss me off, like the playes you meet in the online battle don't even appear on the PS3 players met list. Also the fact that the PS3 menu doesn't have group by game option in the player-menu also pisses me off, but thats Sony to blame.
