1 Kindergarten School Supply List 1. School backpack 2. Old T-shirt (adult size) or smock for painting 3. Pencil box to fit in desk 4. #2 sharpened pencils and sharpener that catches shavings 5. Large pencil eraser 6. Pack of 24 crayons 7. 3 large glue sticks (not bottles) 8. Box of Ziploc bags (quart or gallon) 9. Box of tissues 10. Change of clothes labeled in a large Ziploc bag as accidents are common at this age. 11. Nutritious dry snack and optional water bottle each day. -Please write your child s name on anything that is brought to school, including backpacks and jackets. -Additional donations of any of the above items are always welcome.

2 First Grade Supply List **Please make sure all supplies are labeled with your child s name. 1. School Bag 2. Zippered pouch to hold pencils, scissors, and crayons. We highly discourage art boxes, which spill frequently and cause a big mess. 3. #2 pencils Mechanical pencils are great. Pencils covered in paper/plastic cannot be sharpened at school. They break the electric sharpeners!! 4. Erasers 5. Crayons (24 count is plenty) 6. Glue Stick - any extra donations for the school year would be appreciated. 7. Scissors 8. Box of tissues 10. Art smock 11. Box of Ziploc bags any size 12. Highlighter 13. Headphones for Technology class in a Ziploc bag

4 Third Grade Supply List Please have all supplies on the first day of school and labeled with the child s name. *These items will need to be replaced over the year so get extra at summer Back to School sales. *2 Pocket Folder (for In School) Copy/Note Book (2) (for: math/science, and reading/spelling/writing/social studies) (No Spiral~ sewn in type) *Pencils (lots and lots) *Big Pink Eraser (no novelty ones, they smear) *Glue Crayons Scissors *Red Pens (2) *Blue Pens (2) *Yellow Highlighter (2) 12'' ruler (with inches and centimeters) Supply Box or pencil case (must fit in desk) School Bag Smock for art (old t-shirt works great) *2 Full size box of tissues Box of "Zip-Lock" bags (store brands are cheaper) (sandwich size, or quart size, not snack size) Hand Sanitizer Daily Snack (Trapper Keepers are not necessary, they take up too much desk room and are too hard to organize.) Optional Items: Colored pencils, markers, pencil sharpener (must have lid) Please be advised: This will be the only supply list sent, please keep it in a safe place. 5 6/13/12 Dear Parent/Guardian: For the school year, we are requesting that students bring to technology class, a two-pocket folder and a set of headphones. In order to help avoid any transferring of germs, we would like to begin to have all children use their own headphones during technology class. Please send in headphones in a plastic Ziploc baggie with the following information: 1. Your Child s First and Last Name 2. Homeroom Teacher Name All headphones will be stored in your child s homeroom or technology classroom and will be returned to you at the end of the school year. If you have any questions, please contact your child s Elementary Technology Teacher via (See below).
