3 My sons friend recommended these books, the sweetness of twilight without the cheese...can we admit Twilight had some cheese (I still read them 5 times) too soon? Good books, buy them, read them, pass them on to a tween. It's in great condition and I can hardly put it down! Can't wait to finish it and compare to the movie!! Words can't describe how much I LOVE this book series. Can't stop reading it. I read the whole book in 2 days. I'm rereading. Now I'm on the 3rd book and I can't stop. It's kind of addicting to me. This was a fabulous read, I loved it! I have to be honest, it started off very very slow for about the first 200 pages I thought it dragged on a bit too much with the small details and inner monologue. It didn't pull me in till half way through the book that's when all the good stuff happens. I suggest to keep reading even if it has a bit of a slow start. Once you get to know the characters a bit more that's when you start being drawn in.i love the mystery and romance between Daniel and Luce. It's not your typical angel meets girl storyline. There a lot of intrigue to the character Luce there's a lot more to her than it seems and it definitely draws you in. I think the way their romance was portrayed it was dramatic and frustrating and sexy all at the same time!this book is definitely full of fun characters, drama, romance, and unexpected surprises. It's not a good book if it doesn't leave you wanting more and pulling your hair out. I'm excited to see where the story is headed and what the future holds for these hopeful lovers. love the seiries drama filled cam is definatly my favorite! lots of guessing and couldnt put the book down This book was amazing! I honestly don't understand how anyone couldn't love it. Ok well I guess some people don't like the things I like. I love the way this book was written. It really appealed to me that Luce ( the main character - lu-se) started at a new school. Being the child of an army person that appealed to me greatly. After I read what Fallen would be about, and reading the first few pages, I figured Cam was her love. I ended up routing for them. As I kept reading (I would never be able to ever set it down), I realized how wrong I was routing for him. If you enjoy supernatural books, this will come as a shock: ITS NOT VAMPIRES AND WEREWOLVES!! Hallelujah! Don't get me wrong I live vamps and weres but I'm SICK of them. This instead is about FALLEN ANGELS!!

4 I picked up this book at the recommendation of my Facebook friend who had posted it in our "what are you reading now" group. *great group page* She had me very excited to read it. So, did it live up to expectations - yes!if you are expecting "Gone with the Wind," you may be disappointed, but for the YA Paranormal Romance - this is a great read. The characters are interestingly flawed. The author keeps you guessing at what they will do next, or what will happen next. She keeps you wondering what's behind the scenes that we don't know yet, while letting enough clues through that you get the basic idea long before the heroine does.i admit the middle of the book starts to drag, and perhaps the author takes a bit too long to reveal who the villain actually is, but with impeccable writing, believable characters, a fun theme (fallen angels), and creepy setting (gothic boarding school for juvenile delinquents), and a somewhat plausible reason for Luce to actually be there and get caught up in everything, it was a fast read. The final quarter of the book was a "can't put it down-stayed up till 3 am" moment!if I were to recommend any changes, it would be to make Molly (only a minor bad guy character) more prominent on the Villain side. She could have really mixed things up good. Hope to see more of her in the next book.overall, 4-stars for a gripping read and I can't wait to check out the next book in the series. I love this book because there was enough mystery in it to make want to read more and finf out what happens. I really like the characters too. Too bad I just can't remember the names right now! But the herion is just a confused girl trying to make sense of her knew school with all the other students. I love it where the guy she falls for smiles and flips her off on her first day there. The scenes were really easy to imagin with how well it was written and you could just see how the chacaters were seeing things. I can't wait until I can buy the next book!!!
