4 Supernatural I am in third grade and this is another one of my favorite stories from this series. Itâ s about Missy who normally gets into trouble. But her trip into the forest makes her see that there is more important things she can do with her time. I like how Missy is so happy with helping others it makes me want to help, too.this is a book everyone should read so we can all understand that looking after the world helps us and animals, too. Cos if we damage it we might not be able to live cos nothing can grow or survive. That makes be very sad and I think we all need to change! I think itâ s a great book and this series teaches us all special lessons. â â â I'm a big fan of Felicia Harper's children's adventure stories. With three grandkids who frequently stay with us, I wind up reading a LOT of bedtime stories, and I probably have every book Ms. Harper has put out. The Misadventures of Mischievous Missy is a fun story about a fun loving girl who gets into trouble all the time with her pranks. As the story goes along, she makes friends with different animals and learns an important lesson about the environment and caring for others. The kiddos enjoyed it, particularly the parts about the forest animals, and I always appreciate a story that educates as well as entertains! This book may have a great plot buried in it. I was unable to read far enough to get to it. The giant run on sentences were really distracting. Since the story didn't get to a point fast enough, I just gave up on it. Enjoyable storyline, son loved and looking forward to more adventures with this author. A recommended read for by children.
