Abstract / Executive Summary Imagine a world where online poker is completely decentralized and fully trusted. Enter, Clear Poker a peer-to-peer online poker protocol that eliminates the need for third-party payment gateways and card generation services, offering a transparent poker platform to players and fans of the game. All participants in the poker ecosystem can utilize Clear Poker and have access to our unique, first-to-market Quantum Random Number Generation protocol ( QRNG ) and software in order to contribute and participate in a fully autonomous, smart contract based dealing and reconciliation system. Within our platform, there will be no need for manual registration of players due to its blockchain based nature. Additionally, the process of funding your account, dealing cards, and settling withdrawals from your account will all be based on a trustless system and protocol, with no human interaction needed to process your funds. Participants will be able to play online poker via our ERC-20 token: Clear Poker Token (CLEAR) this token will enable decentralized card distribution and security of tokens via cryptography and blockchain based protocols. Our aim with this system is to eliminate fraud in relation to card-shuffling by dealing them in a random fashion through a decentralized and distributed protocol based on multiple nodes on the network. The protocol will further allow players to access and withdraw their tokens 24/7 without intervention of third parties. This prevents high withdrawal or conversion fees and long cash out processes. Moreover, by running a decentralized online poker room, players will have full ownership of the CLEAR tokens, as ownership will be proven by digital signatures kept on the blockchain containing timestamped transactions of their tokens. This will prevent malicious operators from blocking or compromising players when withdrawing or limiting their funds.this process will have a great impact on how online poker currently operates, which is riddled with issues due to many problems that we will go over in this whitepaper. One of our main goals is to provide the standard framework which poker operators and players can follow to make the entire process efficient and simple-to-audit from a players perspective. 1. Introduction Since the beginning of online poker, there have always been issues between the players that fuel these platforms and the online gaming operators that run them. The problems often arise around the concept that the operator controls everything and is the one that needs to be kept reliable and trustworthy in order for the entire system to be trusted. This unnecessary trust element in the modern online poker market creates uncertainty amongst players, especially when these operators act in a malicious fashion. A few examples include Ultimate Bet s superuser situation, Black Friday, the Lock Poker scandal, and many more. Furthermore, the integrity of the gaming software itself has frequently been questioned most of these operators use a closed-source platform, inhibiting transparency and further eroding the trust that is needed for a seamless and secure poker experience. In addition, many customers have experienced situations where their funds have been stolen, lost and/or seized we will go into further detail below. 2

From a player s point-of-view, it has always been relatively time-consuming and costly to deposit and withdraw funds from a majority of poker websites, due to long verification procedures and unnecessary withdrawal and deposit fees at hand. Because of the uncertainty and friction that exists in the current poker ecosystem, prospective players find themselves not trusting poker operators and thus not playing online; this concept has a negative effect on the overall poker economy. Finally (and arguably most importantly), there is a large prevalence of human intervention in any funds-related or operational process within the online poker ecosystem this exposes users to human error and the risk that some actors in the ecosystem are untrustworthy and even malicious. With the advent of a fully transparent and easy-to-implement protocol and protection layer, all participating parties can coexist in a trust-free, honest, and automated environment. 1.1 Notable past issues with Online Poker In late 2007, Absolute Poker began defending itself in regards to accusations made by members of several Internet forums. These members stated that the online poker room had a superuser account which allowed one player to read the hole cards of another during a game [1]. In fact this was true a former consultant managed to find a way to see the cards of other players in real-time. Being known by the alias Potripper, this player could see when other players were bluffing and would know if he had the best hand or not. By October, widespread Internet allegations of cheating led to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission launching aninvestigation into the platform. In November 2007, Absolute issued an interim statement claiming the employee cheating had taken place over a period of forty days and that the cardroom was refunding $1.6 million to affected players. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission issued its report on the incident in January Among other consequences, Absolute Poker was fined $500,000. On April 15, 2011, the poker world was rocked by Black Friday, the day that forever changed online poker. On that day April 15, 2011 the U.S. Department of Justice unsealed a 52-page indictment against top executives of PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, and Absolute Poker, as well as a civil complaint against those companies. Those named in the indictment faced years in prison while the civil complaint sought $3 billion in assets from the sites. PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker immediately stopped serving U.S. players, with Absolute Poker and its sister site UltimateBet (of the Cereus Network) followed suit afterwards. On Sept. 20, 2011, a devastating Black Friday aftershock was revealed when the United States Department of Justice amended the Black Friday complaint to include allegations that Full Tilt Poker was not a legitimate poker company, but instead a global Ponzi scheme. The amendment detailed how Full Tilt Poker owed approximately $390 million to players worldwide, including about $150 million to American players, while having only about $60 million on hand in its accounts [2]. 3

Additionally, online poker also experienced the Lock Poker scandal. TwoPlusTwo forum posters alone have recorded around $1 million in unprocessed cashouts owed to some 400 players. These players have reported full balances closer to $2 million, and Rakeback.com believes the entire amount owed to be somewhere around $15 million. The problems started when the frequency of withdrawals was slowing down and by early 2013, it was clear that something was seriously wrong, with players selling accounts on the secondary market for well below face value. Meanwhile, Lock Poker continued to accept deposits from players, right up until they crashed and disappeared. Ultimately, Lock Poker left all the players without payment and vanished from the cyberspace [3]. All of these stories combined keeping in mind that there have been others paint a good picture as to why online poker has been suffering over the years. The lack of trust that has grown out of this horrible misconduct has brought online poker to its knees. In our opinion, the only way forward is a trustless decentralized system, where players are in control of their own CLEAR. Online poker isn t dead; it still has great potential in the online space, it just needs to be revived. 1.2 Current Poker Landscape The poker landscape consists of two different cohorts online poker and live poker. Although online poker has experienced a consistent downward trend over the past several years, live poker has remained very popular. As shown in the graph on the next page, the European Poker Tour (EPT), World Poker Tour (WPT) and World Series of Poker (WSOP) have more or less maintained their popularity since 2007, when poker was the third most-televised sport on US television [4]. Furthermore, the WSOP main event in 2017 had the third-most entrants in the history of the event poker as a game is strong, followed by many, and stable. Yearly Participants in Live Tournament Poker Participants EPT WSOP WPT Graph: [5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] 4

The popularity of online poker has been on a steady decline decaying every year to show this trend, we have taken yearly user cash game data from the world s biggest online poker site, PokerStars. As exemplified in the graph below, the year-over-year decline of cash games traffic on the service has been gaining intensity over the past seven years of available data, peaking at 23% in Year over Year change: Cash Game Traffic PokerStars 75.00% 71.70% 55.00% 45.70% % Change / year 25.00% 8.80% 0.00% % 6.40% 11.70% -0.40% -8.90% % % [14] We want to grow online poker and bring back the excitement around the game, however, there are some structural issues surrounding the online version of the game that must be addressed. 1.3 Solution Our team has decades of professional online and live poker experience, giving us a unique point-of-view in solving the issue of decaying popularity within online poker. There are two main issues that we want to tackle: The lack of trust in current centralized poker sites and payment processors, including withdrawal fees, lockouts, and deposit fees. The widening skill gap between professional and recreational players caused by data mining tools and other software tools used by the professional players. 5

We believe that the best way to solve these issues is to implement blockchain technology within the traditional online poker framework. For the first point, removing the need for a centralized agent to facilitate deposits and withdrawals will be a huge step in bringing back the required level of trust in the online poker industry. By getting rid of the need for players to trust poker sites with their money, we can utilize the Ethereum blockchain to manage deposits and withdrawals instantly, removing waiting times and uncertainty with players own money. For the second point, we propose implementing an easy-to-use blockchain-based hand history explorer, open for all players to review and learn from past hands. This will allow recreational players to obtain a better grasp of the strategies and tendencies of professional players, as all hands will be openly viewable on the blockchain. This user interface will also have hand history analysis tools built right into the platform, removing the need to download third party software in order to learn from your past strategies and hand histories. We want to build Clear Poker to be a fully functional and transparent poker protocol our very own Clear Poker Room will be the first to operate and showcase the functionality of our system. Ultimately, we aim to expand on the underlying protocol and allow it to be used by centralized poker room operators across the online poker industry. 2. The Clear Protocol The initial objective of Clear Poker is to create an autonomous and fully decentralized, smart-contract based environment and protocol where all parties and stakeholders of the system (players and operators) can prosper in an innovative and transparent poker model. Poker on the blockchain does not have to be complicated our system and protocol is fully outlined below in this paper we will start with the ERC-20 implementation of our vision, and create a protocol that uses this token as its utility token. In this section, all the transactions between the participants of the network will be done through Clear Poker s own utility token, Clear Poker Token (CLEAR) in the Clear Protocol, outlined in Section 2. This token will initially be launched as a standard Ethereum ERC-20 token and will serve as the basis and proof-of-concept of our protocol as we build towards our eventual blockchain. For reference, ERC-20 defines a set of six functions that other smart contracts within the ethereum ecosystem will understand and recognize [15]. These include, for instance, how to transfer a token (by the owner or on behalf of the owner) and how to access data (name, symbol, supply, balance) about the token. The standard also describes two events signals that a smart contract can fire that other smart contracts listen for. 6

Clear Poker Token holders will be able to freely participate in the usage of the protocol. Using CLEAR, players, operators and any other actors within the poker network will be able to play and manage blockchain poker games using this protocol. The protocol will set the standard for how blockchain poker is played. The ideology for various methods used inside the protocol are outlined below. 2.1 Shuffling and card distribution methodology Our shuffling and card distribution methodology on our ERC-20 framework will resemble a skeleton of the protocol that we plan to expand into. As we will explain in further detail below, we will be utilizing a hardware random number generator based on quantum technology in order to provide indisputable and truly random number generation and deck generation to our users and platform Fisher-Yates Shuffle We power the shuffling of decks in the Clear Protocol with the Fisher-Yates Shuffle model. However, the random number in the system will be powered with a noded QRNG this will be the basis for the shuffling of the cards: Our aim is to start each hand with a fully randomized, shuffled deck. First, we take the basic Fisher-Yates algorithm, which is outlined below: Fisher-Yates basic coded format -- To shuffle an array a of n elements (indices 0..n-1): for i from n 1 downto 1 do j random integer such that 0 j i exchange a[j] and a[i] By looking at the algorithm, you can see that Fisher-Yates is based on j, the random integer in the algorithm [16]. Most systems use an application of a Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNG) in order to fuel the code - this is generally based on an internal computer function dev/random which is a standard pseudorandom number generator in a Unix-like system [17]. This takes randomness generated by the system and creates a random number based on those fluctuations. However, this process is not truly random we wanted to take this traditional methodology a step further and implement a random number generation system that is created with some of the most advanced technology in the world. 7

2.1.2 QRNG in the Clear Poker Room Mathematical proof and high quality of the RNG providing method is very important. The random number generation that determines an outcome of the game should be equally unpredictable for all parties involved. The protocol we aim to prove and build on the Ethereum blockchain could ultimately be deployed anywhere. Early adopters of our protocol will be able to help us test the QRNG protocol and suggest which features are critical for smooth gameplay. The Clear Poker Room will leverage the Clear Protocol and ultimately be the first use case of the protocol. At the current time of writing, we cannot utilize our protocol in an efficient way on the Ethereum network, hence why we will need to create our own chain to support this process at scale. However, there are potential developments such as state channels that may lend themselves to this use case. We aim to make the process of gameplay as smooth as possible while benefiting from the protocol s QRNG capabilities. 2.2 Encryption and key generation The smart contract will handle deck encryption and card distribution based on the QRNG process in our Clear Protocol. The cards will be encrypted and dealt after being shuffled by our Fisher-Yates algorithm. Although other systems built on Ethereum use a Mental Poker approach, the current landscape of Mental Poker process is time-consuming and cumbersome to most players used to the fast paced nature of centralized poker. Our solution aims to provide the same quality of decentralized, encrypted card distribution as Mental Poker however, we are replacing the shuffling and encryption process of Mental Poker with our QRNG shuffling and smart contract distribution approach in the Clear Protocol implementation. Here is a basic outline of what we aim to achieve within our system A deck is created in the system and assigned a hash value for reconciliation purposes. The deck gets transferred over to the QRNG shuffling platform. The QRNG platform shuffles the cards based on the Fisher-Yates algorithm. The decks are then encrypted and distributed to the tables within the system through the smart contract system. The smart contract distributes the cards to each player so that the game can start. Each player is able to see their own cards, but they do not have to shuffle the cards themselves as the deck has already been shuffled using the QRNG protocol. Deck and cards remain encrypted until end of hand, winner is determined and winnings dealt by the smart contract, hands and decks become revealed for post game analysis. 8

Distribution Framework Decks initialized and shuffled Decks get encrypted and transferred via smart contract Player is able to see shuffled cards hand is played Smart contract framework handles card distribution 2.3 The function of the Clear Poker Token (CLEAR) The Clear Poker Token (CLEAR) is the underlying ERC-20 token used to power our Clear Protocol and framework. With the CLEAR token, users will be able to: Play poker in the Clear Poker Room Earn BCLEAR to play exclusively on the Clear Poker Room, rake-free2 Use the transaction history of the CLEAR token to access card histories Eventually power their own implementation of the Clear Protocol Having our own token allows us to fully customize the system on which the Clear Poker Room and Clear Protocol is built on, by allocating and assigning specific smart contract functions to the ERC-20 framework of CLEAR. This will allow us to have all of our features, including the QRNG shuffling protocol aspect of the overall system. 3. Clear Poker Room After the successful and complete deployment of the Clear Protocol, Clear Poker aims to be the first operator to deploy a fully functioning poker room using the protocol. The Clear Poker Room will be a seperate but very closely related project to the Clear Protocol. The room will be built on top of the protocol to enable the full fledged usage of the blockchain poker protocol. CLEAR users and holders will be able to play in the Clear Poker Room and benefit from the features the platform will offer such as Training, Collusion Detection and Rake-back disbursement. 9

3.1 Clear Poker Network Actors In this segment we are going to delve into different users and options within our network: Players AI s and Training Bots Front-end Interface Innovative Play Styles and New Games Players Players are defined as users that are actively participating in any game offered on Clear Poker Room. They will be generating fully distributed rake, which will be set at 1.5%, payable in CLEAR, in order to power the network and make sure that the transactions are being booked. The players will be able to earn back their rake through the Clear Poker Play Reserve, which will be outlined in greater detail in the lower sections AI s Bots or AI s will be a separate game-mode within our poker platform (see section 2.4). Special rooms will be assigned within our network where you can hone your skills against artificial intelligence on different levels. Players can win and collect Clear Poker Tokens for beating bots while learning and improving their game Front-end Interface The front end interface of the platform will be crucial in ensuring that players have a comfortable and easy-to-use experience when they are playing on the Clear Poker Room. We will be creating the user flow with the players in mind and will change the appearance and functionality of the platform from time to time as is required to keep it in efficient, working order Innovative Play Styles and New Games We want to push the boundaries of what is possible on the Clear Poker Network. We want to implement new playstyles that can exist on our platform this will bring together a unique perspective on the Clear Poker Room that is designed to bring new users into our interactive environment while simultaneously providing new game styles to make the game more exciting for recreational poker players. We want to do this to achieve one of our main areas of focus removing the skill discrepancy between pro players and recreational players this will create a robust environment for all of our users, not just the poker sharks. 10

One example includes implementing a ranked system that allows users to level up and be placed in similar skills levels, going against their peers to try and be the highest ranked player in the world on the Clear Poker Network. This is a similar game style to video games where users have ranked play and move up tiers as they become better. We will release more information on this as we implement it in our system. 3.2 Clear Poker Room Training: Next-Gen AI training mode AI training Our aim is to build out a training room a special space in our platform that will allow for players to compete against AI s (bots). This will allow for people to experiment different styles knowing that they are playing bots, a next gen way of learning the game on their own pace. This will exist in a separate section of the platform so that our users can see clearly indicated separate rooms for these training sessions so players can choose freely whether they feel like playing humans or bots. People have always been scared about the possibility of playing bots because upto this point in history it s always been an unfair, even shady area where people have been unknowingly playing against bots on various sites that have been used by humans in order to beat the system break even because then you can just have your bot playing around the clock playing humans while generating rake. We will change the perspective on bots in a way that people can knowingly play against them, learn from them, adapting because of them and as a result improve their own game by understanding AI adaptation in real time AI skill levels We aim to create an artificial intelligence training segment that will include bots on various different skill levels where they can be used as a new way of mastering the game of poker, grinding through the different levels of adaptation of these bots. Here is the initial framework of the process: The lowest level of these bots will be playing as if you re playing against 0,05/ 0,10 0,10/0,25 players, where you will be able to pick up on reads quickly and adaptation towards these reads from an AI s perspective will be minimal. Just like in an actual poker game against a human. This level will be the most easily penetrable as soon as you start learning to adapt to the flaws in their game. 11

The second level of bots will feel like you re playing against a field of 0,25/ 0,5 players, where the bots will already start to fight back a little harder, slightly adapting towards the adjustments and abusive implementations in your game. There will be less and less edges to be exploited as you move up in levels. The third level of bots will represent a skill level along the 0,50/ 1,00 skill level, where again you will notice a decent level of increase compared to the previous level. Bet sizes will start to vary increasingly, more 3betting, 4betting and overall toughness. The fourth level of bots will emulate playing styles similar to the region of 1,00/2,00 players, where you will be facing tougher, adaptive AI s. Players will notice stronger ranges, aggressive 3betting, 4betting, less weaknesses to exploit and highly balanced tight/aggression gameplay. And finally, the fi f t h level of bots will feel like 2,00/ 4,00 competition. Very skilled artificial intelligence, adaptive towards your own adjustments with a wider variety of decision making. Ranges will become more and more balanced, weaknesses very thinned out and a broad spectrum of bet sizing, 3betting, 4betting combined with strong adjusted check raising ranges etc. The above framework and structure is an example of what we think would be appropriate and suitable for our platform. However as we are very community driven, early input from our users will help us shape this feature. These levels may increase or change depending on feedback from our users - we always want to ensure that we are providing the most value through our product A user interface for blockchain fueled hand history analysis The Ethereum blockchain will allow us to provide immense value to our users through the process of indisputable hand history analysis. We aim to build a hand history explorer where you can see all hand histories ever booked on the Clear Poker Room platform. This user interface will make it so that there is no need for users to personally sift through blockchain transactions to locate histories. Poker hands booked through our system are impervious to human interference, always accurate, and exist without the need to store them somewhere on your hard drive. This process and interface will not only be greatly beneficial for your own recordkeeping and analysis, but also for learning the game and training purposes Competitive ranking system for all players in our training rooms Through learning and improving their game against the various levels of AI segments within our protocol, players can earn Clear Poker Tokens (CLEAR) as a reward for going through the different levels/courses of this training segment. This process is meant to incentivize the growth and nurturing of skill amongst the players within our community and to create more of an interactive environment altogether. We envision the AI segment to have a ranking system where you can monitor the growth of other players within our poker room, creating challenges and competition. This will be a feature exclusive to our own Clear Poker Room. 12

3.3 Collusion in the Clear Poker Room Collusion is defined as two players covertly working together in order to increase one player s chances of winning [18]. To get an idea of how this works, imagine two or more friends logged into the same online poker room, playing at the same table. They share information about their cards in order to get an idea of what cards aren t remaining in the deck or worse they work together to increase the pot size or squeeze other players out of a hand. Most of the time, collusion is difficult to spot because there s a thin line between players working together or simply making decisions on their own based on their individual poker strategies. A player folding AQ before the flop might be doing it because his friend has AK, or he might simply be very tight (playing a very select range of hands). This makes true collusion detection very difficult, as standard poker play can easily be mistaken or interpreted as colluding. Completely removing the possibility of collusion is nearly impossible. Preventing strategies have been implemented by the poker sites of today. Some do this more extensively than others. But ultimately at this point in time, and probably always, collusion will be impossible to eradicate. Coming to that conclusion, the best we can do is minimize the chances of this activity. Besides the commonly known and implemented prevention strategies like blocking people table access when detected that they are on a similar IP address as another player present at that table, we now have the benefits of the blockchain at our disposal. All hand histories will infinitely be viewable and comparable. The ecosystem and the players that represent it will play a large role in identifying unfair conduct. We will be setting up bounties to catch players in the act of collusion and we will be able to research and parse out data on-chain that relate to specific players. This will allow us to stop patterns and make sure that the same players aren t playing at the same table and/or aren t generating new accounts in order to take advantage of other players. 3.4 Rake-back Disbursement Clear Poker Play Reserve and Bonus CLEAR (BCLEAR) In order to fuel the Clear Poker Room system, we have implemented a fair and decentralized way of disbursing profits back to each player based on how much rake they generated. Every hand played within our poker room will include a 1.5% rake fee that will be used for network fees on the Ethereum network the excess of that 1.5% that will flow back into the Clear Poker Play Reserve (CPPR). From this reserve, we will distribute Bonus CLEAR (BCLEAR) back to Clear Poker players and users on the 1st of every month. It is important to note that BCLEAR allocation will only be given to members who have been active on the Clear Poker Room platform over the past disbursement period. BCLEAR will not be withdrawable or exchangeable it is a credit token that will exist on our system and nowhere else. With BCLEAR, players are able to play on tables and be exempt from paying 1.5% rake. This will allow you to earn CLEAR tokens based on the amount of BCLEAR used during your session. For example, if you bet 100 BCLEAR and earn 200 CLEAR in the pot, those 100 BCLEAR will be converted to CLEAR at the end of your poker session. 13

ETH BLOCKCHAIN FEES STANDARD 1.5% RAKE CP TABLES 1.5% OR MAX CLEAR CAP CLEAR can be earned in Rake-Free tables to be used on standard tables Excess of 1.5% rake after network fees BCLEAR Bonus CLEAR given to players, based on how many hands they have played RAKE-FREE TABLE CLEAR POKER PLAY RESERVE 3.5 Other Clear Poker Room Benefits Removing the need for the customer to trust poker sites with the safekeeping of their funds will be a game changing factor in the field of online poker. As previously discussed, there have been countless issues within the industry caused by deposit and withdrawal issues. One of the largest issues is depositing on to a poker site and not being in control of your own funds without depending on the centralized poker withdrawal system. After an initial deposit, it is not usually possible to withdraw your funds at the time you desire. It is common practice for poker sites force you to play a specific amount of hands prior to being able to withdraw in order to ensure that you are generating rake for the site. The customers, players, and revenue generators are all the same person in the current poker environment. There are a few reasons for this practice in online poker. Often times, third-party payment processors charge a fee on top of a player deposit as a cost for handling the payment. Additionality, these practices could improve liquidity issues for the poker site; perhaps they have been spending too much money (player funds) on incentivizing schemes or marketing and are thus not liquid enough to handle withdrawals. In many cases, players will be forced to pay withdrawal fees if they need their money. In our system, all a player has to do is utilize our protocol through our user interface with their own blockchain wallet, select the desired poker game of their choice, and play against competition. Their account is automatically connected and is also plugged in to our protocol using their blockchain wallet. After leaving the table, a smart contract will automatically handle the wins/losses of the game you played. Players in the network will always be in full control of their CLEAR tokens. 14

5. Future Plans the QRNG Protocol & Blockchain 5.1 QRNG Blockchain powering gaming In tandem to our Clear Poker Room built on Ethereum, we will research the possibility of starting our own blockchain and aim to create a completely self-sufficient QRNG based blockchain ecosystem this would allow us to create and optimally customize a mining and confirmation process based on our QRNG vision. Additionally, we would also be able to create unique mining and token procurement processes that would serve as a basis for how we would be generating and distributing the new QRNG token on our own blockchain network between miners and users. 5.2 QRNG Nodes within the system Mathematical proof and high quality of the RNG providing method is very important. The random number generation that determines an outcome of the game should be equally unpredictable for all parties involved. That is why, on our network, we propose a solution that includes a chain of nodes controlled by our QRNG hardware to generate random numbers for every situation. We aim to have many of these QRNG nodes, powering various sections of our network as it scales. This is one of our core objectives scalability will be key. The QRNG process will be powered by our code going through customized and modified Quantum chips in order to provide the best service for our users and players [19]. 16

8. Disclaimer As of the current date of publication of this whitepaper, CLEAR tokens have no known potential uses outside of the Clear Protocol ecosystem. Players assume risk when participating in gaming and online gaming has inherent risks software could be subject to attack, bugs, or operators errors and other unforeseen problems could result in the loss of stored value. The token economy is exciting and also incredibly innovative. Any existing tokens could be impacted by regulatorychanges, including restrictions on ownership, use or possession. Regulators or other circumstances may demand that the Clear Poker mechanics be altered, in all or part. Therefore, we may revise mechanics to comply with regulatory requirements or other governmental or business obligations. Nevertheless, we believe our planned mechanics to be proper and likely in final version. Clear Poker intends to apply part of the token contributions (40%) to fund software development and operations, however fluctuations in the value of Ether could impact the extent of development possible in the future. 21
