3 WHY CHOOSE CANDYWICK? The sense of smell is a powerful sense. It can trigger memories. With that it mind we aim to bring your and your customers premium fragrances, with which to create your own fragrant experiences. We deal directly with leading supplier, refineries and perfume houses, who work closely to our brief, often creating specific fragrances unique to Candywick. At Candywick we use an in house, proprietary blend of botanical and mineral waxes to ensure that our candles provide you with superior throw and burn. Our Candles, tarts melts and crumbles are all triple scented, providing exceptional fragrance that is evenly distributed throughout the product. This ensures that the end product smells wonderful from the first burn right through to the last extinguish 3

Candywick s Autumn/ Winter 2016 range has drawn inspiration from brisk forest walks, harvest fruits of Autumn and evenings spent indulging in yummy Christmas treats. The resulting Autumn/Winter collection brings you delicious bakery, crisp nature and comforting traditional scents of the winter season. Our Autumn/Winter fragrances are available in designer Libby status jars or the more shabby chic style classic pantry jars. As well as mini wax melts, Maxi Tarts, votive candles and Wax Crumbles. LIBBEY STATUS JARS This sleek contemporary glass container gives your customers a high end designer product, perfect for a modern, style conscious abode. To use place in a wax warmer and enjoy the aromas as the wax gently heats. In testing we have found that the fragrance can last for up to 12 hours. MINI WAX MELTS These mini heart shaped melts may be small in stature, but they certainly pack a fragrance punch! Each mini melt weighs approx 1.5g and we recommend using a handful at a time in a wax melter. These are perfect for mixing and matching to create your own unique combinations. WAX CRUMBLE These 1.5oz re-sealable pouches are perfect for fast acting fragrance. Simply pop the desired amount in your wax melter and you are good to go. The crumble melts very quickly and gives off a fantastic throw of fragrance. 11

20 F.A.Q s Do you have a minimum order? No we don't, however, orders over 200 net have free carriage, which is currently vat. What Sizes are your Candles? Our Jar candles come in 4 container sizes as well as 4oz Votive samplers: Standard Status Jar 8 oz. (166g) Medium Status Jar 12 oz. (251g) Large Status Jar 22oz (426g) Pantry Style Jar 14 oz. (341g) How much fragrance do you use in your products? We use as much fragrance as the wax can safely hold. Each wax has a pre determined amount of scent load capacity and we will typically use the maximum, around 8-10 % in our creations. However, this does vary from fragrance to fragrance. What are your fragrance oils made from? Each of our fragrances is a unique blend. Some may be all natural oils, some may be all aroma compounds, and most will be a blend of the two. By its very nature, Fragrance oils deteriorate over time and we recommend that for the best results candles should be used within 18 months. How long do your candles last? All of our candles have been extensively tested to ensure that you get a nice clean burn and wonderful fragrance. Due to the hand crafted nature of the candles we cannot guarantee precise burn time, as this can be affected by the fragrance, wick type or the environment in which the candle is burning. However, we can offer the following approximate burn times : Standard - Up to 60 hours We hold Safety Data Sheets on all of our products & ingredients and we are compliant with the CLP Classification, labelling and packaging. The CLP Regulation came into force in January 2009, and the method of classifying and labelling chemicals it introduced is based on the United Nations Globally Harmonised Systems (GHS) Medium - Up to 100 hours Large hours Pantry hours Votive - 17 hours What are Candywick Candles made from? Our candles are made from a professional grade blended container wax (botanical and mineral) which has been thoroughly tested along with our premium fragrance oils to ensure that when you receive a Candywick candle you can be assured of the quality. What wicks do you use? All of our creations are tested for performance and safety. The wicks used in our products are made with either Cotton, Paper, Cotton & Zinc or Cotton with paper strands. They are specially created for use with candles and are lead free and non- toxic. 20
