2 Product Overview : Rexel Industrial Hygiene Range Introducing the Hygiene Range from Rexel Lighting designed specifically for Primary Industry applications. New Zealand Designed and tested specifically for use in Poly Panel, Rudnev and Exflam Ceilings and Walls. All units are IP65, high abuse and in LED with comparable or superior output and photometry to the previous traditional light source products allowing for a one for one swap out. The Hygiene Range is a Custom Design Series to suit the varying needs of the Industrial situation and has been designed and developed in house over 2 The Range now offers a comprehensive LED Drop in gear tray replacement and new build option which provides the same photometric distribution as the traditional light source previously supplied to out Primary Industry The Hygiene Range consists of RX HEPA LED: LED version of the widely used Industry Leader previously available in 250w and 400w Metal Halide RX Silverglow LED: LED Version of the High Abuse T8 Fluorescent Food Preparation Area Luminaire RX Dualite and Dualite Minor LED LED Version of the smaller Surface Mount Luminaire including a Wall pack Bulkhead Model FIL Defender and FIL Defender Hardskin LED LED Version of the Industry leader. 3 Product Description: RX HEPA LED The HEPA is a recessed luminaire with top access to the LED gear tray and as the lens is held in place by an internal flange, Designed and tested to be installed into a pressurised room. Designed and tested to be mounted in a Rudnev /poly panel ceiling. Full wash down capability The Hepa has "walk-on" ability and can withstand up to 160kg on the Top of fitting. Emergency lighting systems are also available. Retro fit LED kit is also available for older Metal Halide installations. Suitable for Hygiene areas using polypanel construction such as freezing works, bakeries and general food handling or refrigerated storage areas. Hepa is top accessed allowing servicing to be carried out remotely. 6 Product Description: RX Defender / Hardskin Defender range comes standard with grey RAL 7035 base, photo engraved selfextinguishing polycarbonate diffuser for maximum light output and stainless steel clips. The 12W version replaces the standard 18W fluorescent, 24W replaces 36W, and 30W replaces 58W. This can give up to a 48% reduction in energy consumption. The Hardskin version is suitable for areas where typically acrylic fittings were used to resist chemicals, however this gives the added advantage of being impact resistant.
