2 Rev. 1:12 KJV And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; NLT When I turned to see who was speaking to me, I saw seven gold lampstands. AMP Then I turned to see [whose was] the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands,

3 REV 1:13 KJV And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. NLT And standing in the middle of the lampstands was someone like the Son of Man. He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across his chest. AMP And in the midst of the lampstands [One] like a Son of Man, clothed with a robe which reached to His feet and with a girdle of gold about His breast.

5 EXODUS 25: And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same. 32 And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side: 33 Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick. 34 And in the candlesticks shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers. 35 And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick. 36 Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold. 37 And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it. 38 And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold. 39 Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels. 40 And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

7 REV 1:15 KJV And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. NLT His feet were like polished bronze refined in a furnace, and his voice thundered like mighty ocean waves. AMP His feet glowed like burnished (bright) bronze as it is refined in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters.

8 REV 1:16 KJV And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength NLT He held seven stars in his right hand, and a sharp two-edged sword came from his mouth. And his face was like the sun in all its brilliance. AMP In His right hand He held seven stars, and from His mouth there came forth a sharp two-edged sword, and His face was like the sun shining in full power at midday

9 HEBREWS 4:12 For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

10 REV 1:17 KJV And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: NLT When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. 11 REV 1:18 KJV I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. NLT I am the living one. I died, but look I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave. AMP And the Ever-living One [I am living in the eternity of the eternities]. I died, but see, I am alive forevermore; and I possess the keys of death and Hades (the realm of the dead).

12 REV 1:18 KJV Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; NLT Write down what you have seen both the things that are now happening and the things that will happen. AMP Write therefore the things you see, what they are [and signify] and what is to take place hereafter.

13 REV 1:20 KJV The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels (MESSENGER Pastor) of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. NLT This is the meaning of the mystery of the seven stars you saw in my right hand and the seven gold lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches. AMP As to the hidden meaning (the mystery) of the seven stars which you saw on My right hand and the seven lampstands of gold: the seven stars are the seven angels (messengers) of the seven assemblies (churches) and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

14 RIGHT HAND That the right hand of the Lord denotes omnipotence, is because by hand in the Word is signified power, and thus by right hand eminent power; consequently when the hand or right hand is said of Jehovah, it denotes Divine power, or omnipotence.

15 RIGHT HAND contd. God hath sworn by His right hand, and by the arm of His strength (Isa. 62:8); For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favor unto them. (Psalm 44:3) The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles (tents) of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly. The right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the lord doeth valiantly. (Psalm 118:15-16)
