Delivery: We can deliver. All gated communities must have A Better Party & Design called into gate upon delivery and pick up.

All deliveries are curbside, there will be additional fees if there are stairs, steep drive ways, hills, elevators, or 300 feet from parking.

We will be needing a layout one week in advance.

7 Delivery: We can deliver. All gated communities must have A Better Party & Design called into gate upon delivery and pick up. There is a delivery fee based on the location which we will be delivering to. All deliveries are curbside, there will be additional fees if there are stairs, steep drive ways, hills, elevators, or 300 feet from parking. When items are dropped off everything must be stacked and ready for pick up. There is an additional fee if items are not ready. If you are needing setup and takedown please call for pricing. We will be needing a layout one week in advance. Payment & Reservations: Although they are not necessary, we recommend that soon as you have more details of your event you should make the reservation to hold your items you are needing. To make a reservation it takes 25% of the over all total that is non-refundable. The balance is do one week before your delivery date. If your items is a will call order the remaining balance is due on day of pick up. We except cash or credit. If you are needing to cancel there is a 25% CANCELLATION FEE that will be charged for all/any individual item that are cancelled or removed from order. There is a minimum of 3 days before your delivery/will call date for any refund on your rental equipment. If it is less then 3 days for any cancelled items there is NO REFUND given and the full rental is due. Please look over your ticket carefully to make sure we have everything you are needing such as: quantities of items, notes, delivery address, all dates and times etc. We try to be as accurate as possible, although the customer is responsible for the final reviews. We want to make your party A Better Party! Cleaning fees: There is a 10% refundable cleaning fee added to dinnerware, glassware, and flatware if items are not returned rinsed and free from food. If items are returned clean the 10% will be refunded back to customer. Protection Plan: We also offer a 10% equipment protection plan. This protects the equipment while you have it from miscellaneous damages and normal wear and tear while in your care. It does not cover theft or negligent damages. We pride ourselves in the quality of our equipment and this helps to maintain excellence. We charge for each missing or damaged piece of equipment. Great care has gone into the selection and care of our merchandise so you can use it with pride.
