Please ask for more information on this service. Uwe Meffert Uwe Meffert first created a balsawood pyramid puzzle in 1970 to satisfy his own scientific curiosity. Ten years later, encouraged by the instant popularity of Erno Rubik s Cube, Uwe Meffert travelled to Hong Kong, found the ideal manufacturer and within the first year, had sold over ten million Pyraminx worldwide. The current Meffert range still includes Pyraminx, other puzzles Uwe Meffert created himself as well as contributions from other leading puzzles designers.
