Our Service Centre is manned by professional service consultants. Call the Service Centre on: (02) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Your GUESS Jewellery is guaranteed for a period of twelve months (1 year) from the date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse of components, the finish or plating. It does not cover water damage caused by non-compliance with the enclosed Product Care Instructions. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we advise our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the Mandatory Provision ). In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction within this period, providing the jewellery care and precautions are followed, your GUESS Jewellery piece will be replaced with the same or similar model at our discretion.
