2 POST SHOW REPORT 2016 The only Platform for Future Lab Technology in Indonesia Lab Indonesia 2016 which took place in Jakarta Convention Centre (JCC) on April 2016 was a resounding success with three days of extensive networking between local & international exhibitors and laboratory & scientific professionals. Hosting 9,324 trade visitors and 220 exhibitors from 10 countries including China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia and Spain, the exhibition showcased wide variety of laboratory instruments, scientific equipment and solutions, and many potential business partnerships have been generated during the exhibition Achievement 9,324 Trade Visitors from 23 countries 60 Successful Business Matches 220 Exhibiting Companies from countries Conferences Seminars & 81Workshops OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY Lab Indonesia 2016 was officiated by HE Mr Prof.H.Mohamad Nasir, Ph.D.Ak, Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia and Dra. Maura Linda Sitanggang, PHD, Director General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, witnessed by representatives from government agencies, regional health laboratories, associations, organisations and industry professionals. Advancing laboratory equipment and scientific instrument will strengthen the quality of research and development (R&D). Therefore, what Lab Indonesia is working on today by organizing the exhibition and conferences on laboratory equipment is relevant for its cause. There is a huge market in Indonesia for microbiology due to the increasing awareness on food & pharma quality, therefore we take part this year in Lab Indonesia. The show is well-organised. We are overwhelmed by the visitors who are interested to know more about our products. The crowd is good and the respond is positive. We will join again for the next edition. We had presentation in the seminar session here and the audience is interested to know more. I think Lab Indonesia this year the size of the exhibition hall two times larger than previous edition. So far the results are pretty good.
