9 Construction Review the current CMAR ASU contract prior to submittal Review Preconstruction and Construction Requirements in the RFQ Advertisement Construction Adaptability: Research Laboratories: o Wet laboratory space; biological sciences, engineering, life sciences and sustainability o Open Dry laboratory space; computing, cyber-security, engineering design/fabrication and robotics Other departments and/or programs: o Conference/Education Center, University classrooms, Faculty/staff offices o Biome -like space o Ancillary support space
