The existing ones for education, medicine, public service either do not correspond to modern requirements or are practically absent across some regions.! - Development of projects for creation of conditions to support modern regional information services for industry, e-commerce, medicine, transport, public services etc. - Launching a platform for on-line training taking into account modern world IT strategies and trends: Big Data, Mobility, Cloud, Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, The Internet of Everything - Construction of server complexes to support server systems and ITstructures for education domain; - Introduction of web-services and on-line education.

18 - Unfavorable conditions for businessmen, researchers, students to! promote developments into production in form of startup initiatives. - Concentration of all relevant services and companies only in biggest cities of Ukraine Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv. Creation of ecosystems for stimulating startups on the basis of Universities, introduction of networking with business, NGOs, business incubators in order to produce innovational projects for sustainable economic growth. -Development of specialized training programmes, consultations and business games for startup teams; -Offering facilities premises, interactive on-line platform.

19 Need for services to enable people from different professional and social environment, at any stage of their life, to take part in stimulating learning experiences! - Wide range of short-term courses; - Open educational resources of social nature; - Capacity building for educators of different qualification levels; - Special study programmes for entrepreneurs, public servants, former militaries, young mothers and other social categories; - E-learning and Open course ware. - Own e-learning platform, study web-services; - More than 1000 of distant students; - Introduction of Open course ware.

Development of educational content according to modern tendencies: - growth of interactivity, adaptivity and individualization; - possibility for being improved by target groups; - quality assurance and student learning oriented approaches. - Programme-technical solutions for interactive content; - Design of regulatory requirements to the content; - Introduction of algorithms of content quality assurance.
