Developed Quantum-inspired fuzzy based clustering algorithms. Developed the first Apache Spark Cluster setup in IIT Indore with 3 nodes, with each node has 64GB RAM, 2 TB Storage, Intel Xenon CPU ES-1607 v3@ 3.10 GHZ x4 processing speed. Working with Directorate of Soybean Research (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), Indore on Real-life problem (classification of protein sequence of soybean families). Developed Scalable clustering algorithms on Big Data processing Framework Apache Spark for classification of Soybean proteins.

2 Research Project, SGSITS Indore Developed an integrated learning framework for the simultaneous optimization of Clustering and Classification results. Research Proposal Experience of writing research proposal and also submitted two research grant funding proposal in DST with the principle investigator Dr. Aruna Tiwari. The projects title as Development of an Efficient Scalable Clustering Algorithm and Investigation of Integrated System for Protein sequence classification and An integrated scalable system for classification of protein sequence and SNP data. The project Development of an Efficient Scalable Clustering Algorithm and Investigation of Integrated System for Protein sequence classification is approved by DST for funding with reference no for 28.3 lakhs.
