YOU MUST HAVE A WORLDGAMING ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION AND AT THE TIME PRIZES ARE AWARDED TO BE ELIGIBLE. YOU MUST HAVE EITHER (A) AN XBOX ONE WITH A CONTROLLER, AND AN XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT OR (B) A PS4 WITH A CONTROLLER, AND A PLAYSTATION PLUS ACCOUNT, AS WELL AS A COPY OF THE GAME, AS DEFINED BELOW, PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT TO PARTICIPATE. THE TOURNAMENT IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA OR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING ARIZONA, MARYLAND, TENNESSEE AND NEW JERSEY), WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF 14 AT THE TIME THEY REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT. 2 By entering and participating in the Tournament, each Entrant, as defined below, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Tournament Rules"). All decisions regarding the interpretation of these Tournament Rules lie solely with the Administrator, the decisions of which are final and binding in all respects. All dates, times, and format are subject to change. In the event that there is a change to the date, time or format of an event, Administrator will use reasonable efforts to notify all at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Any Entrant with a disability that requires accommodation to play at the Live Finals must contact the Administrator at support@worldgaming.com with NHL 18 Snider Hockey Cup Accommodation Request in the subject line at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Administrator will work with you to arrange for a suitable accommodation. 2. ADMINISTRATOR WorldGaming Network LP, 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2Y9, is solely responsible for conducting and administrating the Tournament ( Administrator ). 3. ELIGIBILITY To enter the Tournament, each Entrant must: (a) reside in Canada or the Continental United States (excluding Arizona, Maryland, Tennessee, and New Jersey); and (b) be a permanent resident (as such term is defined by Canadian or US immigration, as the case may dictate) or citizen of Canada or the US, or a holder of a permit or visa to work or study in Canada or the US; and (c) be fourteen (14) years of age or older before registering. If you are under the age of majority in your state of province of residence (a Minor ), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate, and all Declaration and Release Forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Note: Age of majority may differ depending on state or province of residence. It is up to you to verify the age of majority where you live. Entrants must have a WorldGaming account and agree to the Terms and Conditions found at o There are no fees or service charges to create or maintain an account. The WorldGaming account creation form is age-gated to prevent anyone under the age of 14 from creating an account. If an Entrant attempts to bypass the age gate by entering a false date of birth that Entrant will be disqualified. Entrants must have either an Xbox One system, an Xbox One copy of the Game, and an active Xbox Live paid membership OR a PS4 system, a PS4 copy of NHL 18 (the Game ), and a PlayStation Plus account in order to enter the Tournament. There is a cost associated with maintaining an Xbox Live account or a PlayStation Plus account. The Xbox One system and PS4 system are collectively referred to as consoles. Console, in the singular, means either the Xbox One system or PS4 system. As set out in Rule 9 below, all Entrants that qualify for the Live Finals will be required to sign a declaration and release confirming his or her understanding of, compliance with, and acceptance of the Tournament Rules with a standard release of all liability (the Declaration ) before being permitted to participate in the Live Finals. In the event that an Entrant is a Minor, his or her parent or legal guardian must sign the Declaration on behalf of the Entrant, and either accompany the Entrant to the Live Finals (at their sole cost and expense) or provide consent to allow their Minor child to travel to the Live Finals unaccompanied. Employees, officers and directors of the Administrator, Cineplex Entertainment LP ( Cineplex ), Intertaintech Inc., WG Limited (Intertaintech Inc. and WG Limited are collectively referred to as WorldGaming ), and any Tournament contributors including but not limited to Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary entities, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers or directors are not eligible to participate in the Tournament. The Administrator shall have the right at any time to require proof, to its sole satisfaction, of identity, date of birth and/or residency to show eligibility to participate in the Tournament and to deny any Entrant from

3 playing or from being awarded any prize in the event that it is determined that one or more of the Entrants does not meet the eligibility criteria herein. The Tournament is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 4. TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE STAGE ONE: ONLINE QUALIFIERS Registration for the Online Qualifiers will begin on January 2, 2018 at 8:00 PM EDT. How to Enter: o The Qualifier Leaderboards will run from Wednesday January 10, 2018 at 12:01 AM EDT to Saturday February 10, 2018 at 11:59 PM EDT o The Qualifier Brackets will consist of one or more online bracket tournaments open to up to 16 Entrants each (each a Bracket ), to be held on: Wednesday January 10, 2018 at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday January 13, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday January 17, 2018 at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday January 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday January 24, 2018 at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday January 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday January 31, 2018 at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday February 3, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT Wednesday February 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday February 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT o There will be Online Qualifiers for both consoles. Entrants must select an Online Qualifier corresponding to the console on which they wish to play. o Each Qualifier Bracket will start with one Bracket. If sixteen Entrants register for the first Bracket, a second Bracket will open for the same date and time. This process will continue until the last Bracket opened has fewer than 16 Entrants registered. The number of Brackets for each day depends on the number of Entrants that register. o Entrants may only register for 1 Bracket per day. Entrants that qualify through a Bracket will not be permitted to participate in subsequent Qualifier Brackets, but can still participate in the Qualifier Leaderboards. o An Entrant may participate in the Online Qualifiers by navigating to (the Website ) and clicking the Register button to create a WorldGaming account. The Entrant will be required to login to their WorldGaming account prior to being able to register for an Online Qualifier. o At the end of the Qualifier Leaderboards, the top four Entrants of each Leaderboard will qualify for Stage Two (the Online Playoffs). To be eligible for a prize, Entrants must have played at least eight (8) Matches towards that Leaderboard and have a Rating of at least o Each Qualifier Leaderboard will also have a separate prize pool: First place: $200 USD cash prize Second place: $150 USD cash prize Third place: $100 USD cash prize Fourth place: $75 USD cash prize Fifth place: $50 USD cash prize Sixth place: $40 USD cash prize Seventh place: $25 USD cash prize

4 o Eighth place: $10 USD cash prize The winner and runner-up of every Bracket will qualify for Stage Two (the Online Playoffs). For example, if 9 Brackets are open on day one, 18 Entrants will move on to Stage Two. How to Play: o The Leaderboards are open to all eligible Entrants. After registering for the Leaderboard, the Entrant must send match requests to other Entrants by clicking the Challenge button next to another Entrant s name in the Leaderboard Standings. The Challenge button indicates that an Entrant is online and available to be challenged. o When a Leaderboard Match has been accepted, Entrants must then play their opponent using their Game, and then report the results on the Website afterwards using the Today s Challenges tab. o The Online Qualifiers Brackets are open to all eligible Entrants. Seeding is generated sequentially based on time of entry. Entrants will only be playing against other Entrants that have registered for the same Bracket. All Brackets that have at least six (6) Entrants will begin at the designated start time. If a Bracket does not have at least six (6) Entrants at the designated start time, it will be cancelled, and Entrants in that Bracket will not be able to compete on that day. Any Entrant without an opponent in a tournament round will receive a bye to the next round, at the discretion of the Administrator. o Each Bracket entered into has a pre-determined start time which can be found by viewing the Bracket under the My Tournaments tab of an Entrant s personal WorldGaming account. o In a Bracket, Entrants will be paired against other Entrants and will play the Game on their console against their opponent (a Match ). o All Bracket Matches are automatically generated on on the day of the Bracket under the Today s Challenges tab of an Entrant s personal WorldGaming account. The Entrant must check-in to each of their matches on the Website ten (10) minutes prior to the start time. Entrants must then play their opponent using their Game, and then report the results on the Website afterwards under the Today s Challenges tab. o Both Entrants are required to take appropriate in-game screenshots that display the final results of each Game, and should be prepared to provide them immediately at the request of the Administrator. Failing to do so, or providing false information, may result in immediate disqualification, at the discretion of the Administrator. o Any Bracket Entrant that loses a Match will be eliminated from the Bracket. o Format for all Brackets: The format for all Brackets will be single-elimination. The winner and runner-up of each Bracket will qualify for the Online Playoffs and will no longer be able to participate in the remainder of the Qualifier Brackets, but will be allowed to participate in the Qualifier Leaderboards. o In the event that a qualified Entrant is unable to take part in the Online Playoffs or is disqualified or found to be ineligible by the Administrator a replacement Entrant will be determined, at the discretion of the Administrator. o Format, Game Modes, Restrictions, and Settings are subject to change at the discretion of the Administrator. Additional details will be provided on the Website for each Bracket. STAGE TWO: ONLINE PLAYOFFS The Online Playoffs will take place over two days: o Saturday February 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT ( Day 1 ) o Sunday February 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT ( Day 2 ) Day 1 Format (per console): o Day 1 starts on Saturday February 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT, and consists of all qualified Entrants

5 from Stage One. o Entrants that qualified on Xbox One will be grouped together. Similarly, Entrants that qualified on PS4 will be grouped together. o If 16 or fewer individuals qualify for the Online Playoffs, every Entrant will be divided into two (2) groups as evenly as possible. For example, if 11 Entrants qualify for the Online Playoffs, one group will have five Entrants and one group will have six Entrants. Every Entrant in a group will play one (1) Match against every other Entrant in that group in a Round Robin style tournament. The top four (4) Entrants from each group will qualify for Day 2 of the Online Playoffs o If 17 or more individuals qualify for the Online Playoffs, every Entrant will be divided into four (4) groups as evenly as possible. For example, if 26 Entrants qualify for the Online Playoffs, two groups will have six Entrants and two groups will have seven Entrants. o If between 17 and 40 individuals qualify for the Online Playoffs, every Entrant in a group will play one (1) Match against every other Entrant in that group in a Round Robin style tournament. o If more than 40 individuals qualify for the Online Playoffs, a single or double elimination tournament will be held for each group. o The top two (2) Entrants from every group will qualify for Day 2 of the Online Playoffs o Every Day 1 Match is a best of one (1) games. o The top eight (8) Entrants from Day 1 of the Online Playoffs will qualify for Day 2 of the Online Playoffs o The Groups and schedule of Matches for the Round Robin will be provided to all qualified Entrants by Saturday February 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM EDT. Day 2 Format (per console): o Day 2 starts on Sunday February 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT, and consists of eight (8) qualified Entrants from Day 1 of the Online Playoffs. o If there are less than eight (8) qualified Entrants from Day 1, all qualified Entrants from Day 1 will advance to Day 2. o A single elimination tournament will be held for the eight (8) qualified Entrants. o Any Entrant that loses a Match will be eliminated from the single elimination tournament. o Seeding in the tournament will be based on win percentage in the Round Robin or placement in the single or double elimination tournament from Day 1. o In the event of a tie between two Entrants that competed against each other on Day 1, the winner of the Day 1 Match will be ranked higher. o If the tied Entrants did not play each other on Day 1, the tie will be broken randomly. o Each Day 2 Match will be the best two (2) out of three (3) games. o The top two (2) Entrants will qualify for the Live Finals. Both Entrants from every Match are required to take appropriate in-game screenshots that display the final results of each Game, and should be prepared to provide them immediately at the request of the Administrator. Failing to do so, or providing false information, may result in immediate disqualification, at the discretion of the Administrator. Format, Game Modes, Restrictions, and Settings are subject to change at the discretion of the Administrator. STAGE THREE: LIVE FINALS The Live Finals will take place at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Wednesday March 7, 2018 at 4:00 PM EDT, and will consist of the top two (2) Entrants for PS4 and the top two (2) Entrants for Xbox One that qualified from Day 2 of the Online Playoffs. Each Entrant must be willing and available to travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and participate in the Live Finals on the date and time as determined by the Administrator or the Entrant will forfeit their right to

6 participate in said event. Releasees, as defined below, are not responsible and not liable if any Entrant is not able to or prevented from travelling to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If an Entrant does not arrive in time to compete in the Live Finals, that Entrant will be disqualified and no longer eligible to win a prize. The Live Finals will be in accordance with the instructions of the Administrator. Any disputes will be resolved by the Administrator, whose decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. The judges decisions shall be made strictly in accordance with these Tournament Rules and any other rules and procedures put in place for the Live Finals. As set out in Rule 9 below, each Entrant must confirm that they are able to travel to Philadelphia by completing and returning the Declaration by February 22, If the Declaration is not returned in time, the Entrant will be disqualified and a replacement Entrant will be determined, at the discretion of the Administrator. In this case, the Entrants that tied for third on Day 2 of the Online Playoffs will play a match to determine who qualifies for the Live Finals. The top two (2) Entrants for Xbox One will play each other, and the top two (2) Entrants for PS4 will play each other. Both Live Finals Matches will be the best three (3) out of five (5) games. Format, Game Modes, Restrictions, and Settings are subject to change at the discretion of the Administrator. Quebec Entrants ONLY: The Live Finals event will be hosted, conducted and broadcast in English; however Entrants from Quebec will be permitted to play the Game in English or French. Unless the Entrant provides his/her language preference at least 72 hours prior to the start of the Live Finals, he/she will be required to play the Game in English. 5. CODE OF CONDUCT All Entrants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Administrator, any Tournament contributors including but not limited to Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, the National Hockey League, Electronic Arts Inc., Microsoft Corporation, and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (collectively referred to as Tournament Contributors ), Press, Spectators, and other Entrants. By participating in the Tournament, Entrants agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct. o Competition: Entrants are expected to compete at the best of their ability at all times during the Tournament. Cheating is defined as any act that gives one Entrant a competitive advantage over another. If an Entrant feels that they have been cheated by another Entrant, that Entrant must raise their concern with the Administrator immediately. All complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and depending on severity may result in: i) an initial warning followed by disqualification for a second offence, or; ii) immediate disqualification. Examples of cheating include, but are not limited to: Collusion and Match Fixing, defined as any agreement between two (2) or more Entrants to disadvantage opposing Entrants. Hacking or modifying the Game. Spectating an opposing Entrants live streams. Intentionally disconnecting from any Game prior to its official conclusion. Exploiting known in-game bugs, glitches, and unintended Game features to disadvantage opposing Entrants. o Sportsmanship: Administrator is committed to providing Entrants with a competitive environment that is free of harassment and discrimination. To that end: Entrants may not use language in relation to the Tournament that is deemed by Administrator to be obscene, foul, vulgar, insulting, threatening, abusive, or

7 otherwise offensive or objectionable. Entrants may not engage in the harassment of a country, private person or group of people through contemptuous or discriminatory words or actions on account of race, skin color, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, financial status, birth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other reason. Entrants may not disclose any confidential information provided by Administrator, Tournament Contributors, or Press, by any method of communication, including all social media channels. o Responsiveness Entrants are expected to respond to requests from Administrator in a timely manner. All decisions regarding the enforcement of the Code of Conduct are at the discretion of the Administrator and are final and binding. 6. TOURNAMENT PRIZES Prize Pool : The following Prizes will be awarded to the Entrants that proceed to the Live Finals for each console: o First place: $4, USD cash prize, a signed Philadelphia Flyers hockey jersey, and the opportunity to watch the Philadelphia Flyers vs. Pittsburgh Penguins NHL hockey game from a suite at Wells Fargo Center on March 7, 2018 o Second place: $1, USD cash prize, a signed Philadelphia Flyers hockey jersey, and the opportunity to watch the Philadelphia Flyers vs. Pittsburgh Penguins NHL hockey game from a suite at Wells Fargo Center on March 7, 2018 The following Prizes will be awarded to the Entrants that finish third to eighth place in the Online Playoffs: o o Third/fourth place: $ USD cash prize, and signed memorabilia Fifth to eighth place: $ USD cash prize, and signed memorabilia Travel Allowance : Each Entrant that qualifies for the Live Finals will be provided with airfare (economy class and from the closest airport with direct flights to Philadelphia) and paid accommodation from March 6, 2018 through to March 8, 2018 in Philadelphia, at the Administrator s selection. If a Live Finals Entrant lives close enough to the location of the Live Finals that airfare would not be reasonably required (as determined by Administrator) an alternate form of transportation may be provided. Hotel accommodation will be provided for all Live Finals Entrants. Entrants that qualify for the Live Finals must be available to travel to Philadelphia on the dates set out in the Tournament Rules or they will forfeit their right to participate in the Live Finals. All decisions of the Administrator are final. The specific details of the trips will be determined by Administrator at its sole discretion. No change in travelling arrangements can be made once the booking has been confirmed. The Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible if any scheduled event, flight or alternate travel is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason or if the Entrant is denied boarding of the aircraft or entry into the United States. All other costs and expenses associated with the trip, including but not limited to, ground transportation between a Live Finals Entrant s residence and the departure airport, and between the destination airport and hotel, additional accommodations if required, meals, gratuities, medical and travel insurance, travel documentation (i.e. valid passport or photo ID), items of a personal nature, applicable taxes (including airport taxes), personal charges at lodging, luggage fees, security fees or other expenses not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of each Live Finals Entrant. Entrants will be required have a valid identification to travel to the United States, including a valid passport (if required), and to present ID at hotel check-in along with a valid credit card or cash deposit in the amount determined by the hotel for potential incidentals or damages. Approximate retail value of the travel allowance is $700 USD

8 based on a Toronto to Philadelphia flight, and two nights accommodation in Philadelphia. 7. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS All Prizes are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. In the event that a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Tournament Rules, Administrator reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater retail value. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) is as of the date of printing of these Tournament Rules. The difference in value of prizes as stated herein and value at the time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Prizes will be distributed to the winners within one (1) month of verification by Administrator. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winner shall be solely responsible for any US or Canadian federal, provincial, state and/or local taxes, if applicable, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable Prize. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be notified by within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of the Live Finals. Each Winner must send his/her full mailing address to the Administrator within five (5) days from the date of the advising them that they are a winner, to successfully claim the Prize or such prize may be deemed forfeited. In the event of any dispute concerning the operation of any element of the Tournament, the Online Qualifiers, Online Playoffs, Live Finals, or these Tournament Rules, the decision of the Administrator will be final. Any Entrant found to have violated these Tournament Rules, even after a Prize has been awarded, will be disqualified and will be required to return the Prize within thirty (30) days following notice from Administrator that the Entrant has violated the Tournament Rules. 9. RELEASES All Entrants of the Live Finals will be required to execute and deliver to the Administrator a Declaration that confirms the Entrant s: (i) eligibility to participate in the Tournament and acceptance and compliance with these Tournament Rules; (ii) acceptance of the prizes as offered (if deemed a winner); (iii) release of the Administrator, Cineplex, WorldGaming, Tournament Contributors and promoters, and their respective parents, related and affiliated companies and entities, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Tournament (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability in connection with this Tournament or participation in any Tournament related activities, including any travel related thereto and attendance at the Live Finals, if deemed a Live Finals Entrant. In the event that Live Finals Entrant is a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the Declaration on his/her behalf and either travel with their Minor child or provide consent for their Minor child to travel to the Live Finals, as the case may be. While a parent or legal guardian is permitted to travel with their Minor child, it is at their sole cost and expense. If the parent or legal guardian does not consent to the foregoing, the affected Live Finals Entrant will be disqualified. Signed Declarations must be received before travel arrangements will be booked. Failure to return the Declaration in time will results the Entrant s disqualification from the Tournament. Declarations for the Live Finals must be received by Administrator no later than 11:59pm EST on February 22, PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE Please note, the Live Finals will be filmed for entertainment and promotional purposes and that photographs and video footage will be taken during the events. By participating in the Tournament, each Entrant grants the Administrator with the right to use: (i) his/her name, address, mailing address, telephone number and other personal information provided during his/her registration in the Tournament and any data collected while the Entrant is playing the Game, for the purpose of administering the Tournament, including but not

9 limited to contacting and announcing the individuals who have qualified for the Online Playoffs and/or Live Finals; and (ii) his/her name, city and province or state of residence, video footage, images, voice recording, comments and opinions for entertainment, publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Tournament, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants who have opted-in to receive marketing communications agree that the Releasees may use his/her Personal Information to contact him/her with marketing and other promotional messages related to products and services of the Releasees. In addition, by participating in the Tournament all Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Releasees may disclose their Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers in order to affect any of the activities listed above, in accordance with the Administrator s privacy policy located at LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By entering this Tournament, each Entrant acknowledges compliance with, and agrees to be bound by, these Tournament Rules. Entrants release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the Entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the Entrants participation in the Tournament, Live Finals, and/or in connection with the acceptance, use and/or misuse by the Entrant of the prize. None of the Releasees shall be responsible for or bear any liability for: (i) late-received, lost, unintelligible/illegible, incomplete, or misdirected registrations, entries or Game scores; (ii) entries or game plays which fail to comply with the Tournament Rules; (iii) any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Tournament, including any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, all of which may affect an Entrant s ability to participate in the Tournament, or the ability of the Administrator to receive and/or record and Entrants Game score; and (iv) any unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process of the Tournament. As a condition of participating in this Tournament, Entrant agrees that (i) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Tournament, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but shall in no event include attorney s fees. Void if prohibited by law. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Tournament is a violation of the Tournament Rules and criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entrants agree to abide by the Tournament Rules. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any games submitted fraudulently. Should multiple users of the same account enter the Tournament and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning addresses or the domain associated with the submitted address. If, for any reason, the Tournament is affected by any computer virus, worm, bug, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupts or otherwise affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Tournament, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Tournament, and

10 determine winners from game play already received or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Administrator. Automatic game play is prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Tournament, in whole or in part, and/or to modify, amend or suspend the Tournament, and/or to the Tournament Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice. Any changes will be made available on The Releasees shall not be liable for their failure to perform their respective obligations by reason of riots, insurrection, war, acts of God, force of nature, strike, lockout, or other reasons of a like nature not under the control of the Releasees. If any provision of Tournament Rules shall, in whole or in part, prove to be invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the remainder of the Tournament Rules, which shall stand as if such invalid provision, or invalid portion thereof, had not been a part hereof. 12. CHOICE OF LAW The Tournament is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and local laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Tournament Rules or the rights and obligations as between the Entrant and the Administrator in connection with the Tournament shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, provincial and local courts located in the city of Toronto, Ontario. Should there be any discrepancies between the English and French versions of these Official Rules or any Tournament related materials, the English version shall govern and supersede. 13. WINNERS LIST The list of winners will be posted on once the verification process has been completed.
