1 Tempe Ram & KMLE $30,000 Dice Roll Challenge Official Contest Rules These Contest rules are specific to the above Contest conducted by CBS Radio Stations Inc. d/b/a KMLE-FM, (the Station ). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific Contest, the Station s general contest rules apply to this Contest as well. A copy of these specific Contest rules and the Station s general contest rules are available at the Station s studio at 840 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ during regular business hours and on the Station s website at To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest. How to Enter 1. No purchase necessary to enter or win Tempe Ram & KMLE $30,000 Dice Roll Challenge contest (the Contest ). 2. To enter, entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. To be eligible for the Grand Prize or any Bonus Prize, entrants must be present May 26, 2018 during the Station hosted event at Tempe Ram, 8060 South Autoplex Loop, Tempe, AZ (the Grand Prize Event ). 3. There are two (2) ways to enter this Contest: a. On-Site entry at Tempe Ram: Official entry forms will be made available (while supplies last) at Tempe Ram, 8060 South Autoplex Loop, Tempe, AZ during normal business hours beginning on May 7, 2018 and ending on May 20, Obtain an official on-site entry form (available while supplies last) and legibly complete the entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box at the Venue. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Failure to provide all required information may result in disqualification. Only completed official entry blanks will be accepted (no mechanical entries will be accepted must be handwritten). Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified in Station s sole discretion. Limit one (1) on-site entry per eligible person. b. On-Site Last Chance Method of Entry: Attend the Grand Prize Event on May 26, 2018 beginning at 11:00am PT and ending at 12:00pm PT. Obtain an official on-site entry form (available while supplies last) and legibly complete the entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box at the Venue. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Failure to provide all required information may result in disqualification. Only completed official entry blanks will be accepted (no mechanical entries will be accepted must be handwritten). Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified in Station s sole discretion. Limit one (1) on-site entry per eligible person. All Last Chance entries must be received by 12:00pm PT on May 26, Up to, but in no event more than thirty (30) entrants will be selected to participate in the Grand Prize Event as follows (each a Qualifier, and collectively the Qualifiers ): a. On or about May 21, 2018 up to twenty (20) Qualifiers will be randomly selected by the Station from among all eligible entries received by May 20, 2018 at Tempe Ram. b. At approximately 12:01pm PT on May 26, 2018, up to ten (10) Qualifiers will be randomly selected by the Station from among all eligible entries received by means of the Last Chance Method of Entry. Each selected Qualifier name will be announced at the event, and the selected entrant must be present at the time of such announcement to participate. The selected Qualifier must immediately make their presence known to the Station staff, or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected and announced. c. Maximum of one (1) qualifying spot per person or household. 5. Each selected Qualifier will be notified initially by phone or in person or via of their selection, to the phone number and/or provided with their registration, or announced at the event as outlined

Any selected Qualifier that cannot be reached or contacted to confirm their selection after an initial phone call and/or to the phone number and/or address listed on their entry, or does not respond following the announcement of their name during last chance finalist selection, may be disqualified and an alternate Qualifier may be selected and notified, time permitting. Either during the Qualifier notification phone call, or by responding to the notification received from the Station within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of such , or in person at the event during last chance qualification, Qualifier must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to participate in the Grand Prize Event on May 26, Any selected Qualifier who does not meet the eligibility requirements, who does not wish to participate in the Grand Prize Event, or who is unable or unwilling to attend the Grand Prize Event in person will be disqualified. An alternate Qualifier may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries received, and notified per the procedures outlined above, time permitting. Only Qualifiers selected and notified by Station will be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Contest. All other entrants are ineligible. Qualifier selection and participation is non-transferable. No other individual may participate on behalf of a selected Qualifier. Decisions of judges in the selection of Qualifiers, and all matters related to this Contest are final. 7. Selected Qualifiers must be present for the Grand Prize Event on May 26, 2018 at Tempe Ram, 8060 South Autoplex Loop, Tempe, AZ Any Qualifier who fails to appear by the required deadline as stated by Station will be disqualified, and will not receive any alternate Contest attempts, participation, prize award, prize substitution or compensation of any kind. Station reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the date, time or location of the Grand Prize Contest. Qualifiers will be notified of any changes at the time of their selection and/or notification. Difficulties with getting to location to enter or participate in the Contest are not the responsibility of Station. 8. Station reserves the right, in their sole discretion to randomly select replacement Qualifiers for any disqualified Qualifiers from anyone in attendance at the Grand Prize Event. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THERE WILL UP TO, BUT IN NO EVENT MORE THAN THIRTY (30) QUALIFIERS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT ON MAY 26, How to Win 9. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT, QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT ON MAY 26, 2018 AT TEMPE RAM, 8060 SOUTH AUTOPLEX LOOP, TEMPE, AZ Qualifiers must attend the Grand Prize Event and check in with the designated Station representative by 10:45am PT to be eligible for a chance to win the Grand Prize or any Bonus Prize. Qualifiers will be required to provide valid US or state government issued photo identification and sign a liability and publicity release agreement as is in order to be properly checked in and to further participate in this Contest. 10. All Qualifiers who are properly and timely checked in will have an opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Event on May 26, 2018 and roll the dice (see below) (each a Contestant, and collectively the Contestants ). Contestant participation is non-transferable. No other individual may participate on behalf of a selected Qualifier or Contestant. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE GRAND PRIZE WILL ACTUALLY BE AWARDED IN THIS CONTEST. 11. The Grand Prize Event will start at approximately 11:00am PT on Saturday, May 26, The following rules govern all dice roll attempts to win the Grand Prize: a. Contestants must line up based on the order that they were selected as Qualifiers. Each Contestant will be given a number at the time they check in with Station staff at the Grand Prize Event. The number will correspond to the order all Qualifiers were selected in. b. Contestants must, immediately prior to their dice roll Contest attempt, print and sign their full name on the first unoccupied line of the provided official sign-in registration form,

3 confirming their acknowledgement of these Contest rules. Each Contestant who properly signs the official sign in sheet and Contest rules acknowledgement prior to the end of the Contest event will have one (1) opportunity to attempt to roll five dice, provided by Station/Contest Administrator, to spell out T R U C K face-up on a single roll attempt, subject to the requirements described below. c. A maximum of one (1) attempt will be permitted per Contestant, each subject to one reroll opportunity as may be permitted as described below in the event of an initial ineligible roll. d. All dice roll attempts must occur in the presence of the appointed Contest Administrator and may NOT COMMENCE UNTIL THE ADMINISTRATOR GIVES EACH CONTESTANT AN OKAY TO ROLL THE DICE, and each attempt must be fully recorded on video in its entirety. Any dice roll attempt not in the presence of the Contest Administrator and designated non-participating witness, that occurs prior to the Contest Administrator giving the OKAY to roll or that is not video recorded for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for the Grand Prize and such Contestant will NOT be given another opportunity to re-roll. e. No dice or roll area may be used other than that provided by Station/Contest Administrator. f. Nothing may be done to the dice or rolling surface to enhance a Contestant s chance of winning. There is no setting or sliding of the dice allowed. Any attempt to set or slide the dice, as solely determined by the Contest Administrator, shall disqualified the Contestant, and no further attempts shall be allowed by that Contestant. g. The predetermined winning symbols that designate a winning side for this Contest are: T R U C K (the Winning Dice Roll ). i. Each winning symbol will appear on a maximum of one side of one die within the entire set of dice. h. All five (5) dice must be rolled on each individual Contestant s attempt. The Winning Dice Roll must occur during a single roll attempt i.e. Contestants may not combine letters between the multiple roll attempts. Each roll is its own unique Contest attempt, and the five (5) winning sides must all land face-up on a single roll attempt. i. Each die must be tossed in a completely random manner that does not allow the Contestant to set or slide the dice, alter or influence the random outcome of the roll; j. Contestants are not allowed any practice or warm-up attempts. Once a die has been rolled, the Contestant s attempt is considered to be started. k. Dice may not be interfered with in any way or make contact with any person or object other than the designated rolling surface. If the dice are interfered with or make contact with any person or object other than the designated rolling surface, then that Contestant s attempt is disqualified. l. In order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize (among other requirements) and to count as a Winning Dice Roll, all of the rolled dice must come to rest with the designated winning side face up (T R U C K) on the dice roll surface on a single roll attempt, according to the following requirements: i. The outcome of the dice roll attempt must be completely random. Any attempt to alter the outcome by setting, sliding or otherwise manipulating the dice in any way will disqualify the Contestant. ii. Each die must be rolled a minimum of three (3) feet in height and ten (10) feet in distance from the Contestant, in order to prevent the Contestant from altering, affecting, influencing, or enhancing the random outcome of any roll. The Contest administrator will designate the demarcation line that each die must cross during the roll attempt; iii. All dice must come to rest lying completely flat on the dice roll surface. iv. All dice must land on and remain on the designated rolling surface to be eligible. v. The dice need not be in the specific order to read T R U C K, however, each of the five dice rolled must display all of the following letters and numbers face up in any order: T R U C K.

4 m. If any of the following results occur during an individual attempt, that entire dice roll attempt is disqualified and the corresponding Contestant will be granted a maximum of one (1) additional re-roll attempt: i. If any die fails to come to rest at least ten (10) feet away from Contestant ii. If any die is leaning in any manner; iii. If any die leaves the designated rolling surface; iv. If a Contestant drops a die and the dropped die does not meet the eligible dice roll requirements outlined above. v. In the event of an ineligible result on a re-roll attempt, the re-roll attempt is void and that Contestant is disqualified. vi. Contestants may not receive more than one (1) re-roll attempt under any circumstances. vii. If a re-roll attempt occurs, Contestant must re-roll all five (5) dice during any reroll attempt. 12. By entering and by participating in this Contest, all Contestants acknowledge that they will be, and hereby grant their consent to being video recorded before, during and after the contesting period (including, without limitation, signing required forms) in association with this Contest. Contestants may also be required to sign a release form relieving the Station and Sponsors from any and all liability with respect to participation in this Contest and/or the receipt and/or use of the prize, an affidavit of eligibility, sign-in sheet, acknowledgement of receipt of these Contest rules, and/or a publicity release. Refusal to sign any of these documents by the deadline required by Station will result in automatic disqualification. 13. A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE MAY BE AWARDED. IN THE EVENT TWO (2) OR MORE CONTESTANTS ROLLING THE WINNING COMBINATION OF T-R-U-C-K ON ALL FIVE (5) DICE SIMULTANEOUSLY, EACH CONTESTANT WHO ROLLED THE WINNING COMBINATION OF T-R-U-C-K ON ALL FIVE (5) DICE SIMULTANEOUSLY WILL COMPETE IN A ROLL-OFF TO DETERMINE WHO WILL BE AWARDED THE GRAND PRIZE. In the event of a roll-off to determine the Grand Prize winner, each Contestant participating in the roll-off shall receive one (1) additional roll of the dice. The Contestant who rolls the most winning sides during the roll-off will be declared the Grand Prize winner. In the event of a remaining tie after the first roll-off attempt, the process will continue until there is only one (1) Contestant remaining who will be declared the Grand Prize winner. In the event there is no Grand Prize winning dice roll attempt by an eligible Contestant, then the Grand Prize will NOT be awarded. 14. The odds of winning the Grand Prize by successfully rolling the 5-dice are 1:7, At the conclusion of the Grand Prize Event on May 26, 2018, seven (7) Bonus Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing of all Contestants who are present and who did not win the Grand Prize. Bonus Prize winners will be notified of winning on-site immediately following each drawing. Potential Bonus Prize winners must come forward within one (1) minute of his or her name being announced on-site in order to claim the Bonus Prize. Any potential Bonus Prize winner who does not come forward within one (1) minute of his or her name being announced on-site will forfeit the Bonus Prize and an alternate Bonus Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible Contestants. This will continue until seven (7) Bonus Prize winners have been selected. Prize(s) 16. Grand Prize: In the event an eligible Contestant successfully completes the Grand Prize dice roll requirements and successfully rolls a Winning Dice Roll, that Contestant shall be eligible to claim the Grand Prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. A maximum of up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is: a new 2018 Ram Truck from Tempe Ram with a maximum retail value of $30,000. a. In the event there is no Grand Prize winning dice roll attempt by an eligible finalist, then the Grand Prize will NOT be awarded.

5 b. Winner must accept delivery of vehicle from the Tempe Ram, or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Sponsor will solely designate and specify available vehicle including make, model, color and options for Grand Prize winner s prize award. Grand Prize winner may not substitute, exchange, or apply the vehicle s value towards a higher cost or alternate vehicle. Designated vehicle must be the Sponsor designated vehicle that is currently in designated dealer s stock of inventory. Administrator reserves the right to award an alternate year model (i.e. 2017), if the 2018 model is not available at the time of prize award. c. If the designated prize vehicle MSRP is under $30,000, the winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle s actual MSRP and $30,000. Grand Prize winner is responsible for paying any and all sales tax on prize award at time of delivery, estimated at approximately $1,800 (based on a 6.0% tax value) but may vary depending on the state and county in which the vehicle is awarded. In the event that there is no eligible Contestant who successfully rolls a Winning Dice Roll and meets all Contest requirements, then the Grand Prize will NOT be awarded. d. The Vehicle must be accepted by the Winner as-is. e. Station neither makes nor is responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such Vehicle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer s warranty that may apply to the Vehicle. f. Winner must show proof of Arizona state automobile liability insurance requirements prior to taking possession of the prize. g. Winner must possess and present state authorized identification prior to being awarded the Vehicle. h. The transfer of ownership of the Vehicle to the Winner shall require the Winner to: (1) provide proof of valid insurance that is of sufficient coverage to satisfy those minimum coverage requirements as may be required by the state of Arizona; and (2) to pay in advance of awarding the Prize any and all applicable taxes, emission testing charges, dealer fees, service fees, and any license, title, and registration fees as may apply and be required by the state of Arizona and the county, and municipality in which the Winner resides. Fees can vary by zip code. i. Winner is advised to contact their state department of revenue for actual tax rates and information. j. Winner shall be solely responsible for his/her compliance, and any costs associated with his/her compliance, with all laws governing the lawful operation of the Vehicle in the state, county, and municipality of Arizona of which the Winner is a legal resident, which may include, but is not limited to, the requirement for the operator of a Vehicle to secure and hold a valid government issued driver s license. k. Winner must take possession of Vehicle at a dealership designated by the Station or its designee within forty-five (45) days following winning or whenever winner's Vehicle becomes available. l. Grand Prize winner (if any) will be required to sign and return a completed IRS W-9 form, one or more affidavits and/or liability release agreements within three (3) business days prior to being entitled to any prize in this Contest. Failure to do so by that deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of any prize in this Contest. 17. Bonus Prize: up to, but no more than seven (7) Bonus Prizes will be awarded in the Contest. The Bonus Prize being awarded will be announced prior to each Bonus Prize winner drawing. The Bonus Prizes are as follows: One (1) Bonus Prize is two (2) concert tickets to see Sugarland at Gila River Arena (9400 W Maryland Ave, Glendale, AZ 85305) on May 31, 2018, Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of this Bonus Prize $ Five (5) Bonus Prizes are each two (2) concert tickets to see Kenny Chesney at Chase Field (401 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) on June 23, 2018, ARV of each of this Bonus Prize $

6 One (1) Bonus Prize is two (2) concert tickets to see Tim McGraw & Faith Hill at Talking Stick Resort Arena (201 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) on July 20, 2018, ARV of this Bonus Prize $ Winners will be required to sign one or more affidavits and/or liability release agreements before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so by the deadline required by Station or Sponsor will result in automatic forfeiture of any prize in this Contest. In the event that a winner is disqualified, for any reason, at any time, the Grand Prize or Bonus Prize will not be re-awarded. 19. In addition to verification of eligibility, the potential Grand Prize winner(s), if any, shall not be entitled to any prize in this Contest unless he/she provides Station with the following within three (3) business days of winning: a. Contestant Information: Name, address, phone number and photocopy of a government issued photo identification card of the actual person/winner who completed the prize winning requirements; b. W-9 Form: Completed and signed by the winner. 20. Bonus Prize Winner(s) must accept delivery of prize from Sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by sponsor. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance are the responsibility of winner including but not limited to taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. No family member or other person may accept prize on behalf of a winner. Sponsor(s) and Administrator 21. The Contest administrator is CBS Radio Stations Inc., 840 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ The sponsor of this Contest is Tempe Ram, 8060 South Autoplex Loop, Tempe, AZ Other Rules Specific to this Contest 22. In addition to the eligibility restrictions set forth in the Station s general contest rules, employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of CBS Radio Stations Inc. and Million Dollar Media, LLC and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies at any time during the applicable contesting period and the immediate family (i.e., current and ex- spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings and in-laws and steps in any of the foregoing categories and their respective spouses) and other household members (i.e., roommates, housemates, significant others, and partners of each legally residing at the same address) are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win this Contest. 23. By entering this Contest, entrants understand and agree that Station will be videotaping and/or audiotape such entrant s participation, appearance and/or performance in connection with this Contest (before, during or after the Contest) and that Station will own any such audio and/or video and shall be free to utilize such materials in any way it sees fit during or after the Contest with no compensation to the entrants, including without limitation posting any such audio and/or videos on its website or social media site or submitting it for Contest verification purposes to a third party.
