2 SOM E USEFUL INFORM ATION The Bullet Numbers- RCBS and Saeco are obvious makes. ME indicates a Magma Engineering mold. NEI indicates a NEI Handtools Inc. All attempts to accuracy have been made. Any corrections would be appreciated. Bullet Abbreviations- RN= round nose FN or FP= flat point on a round nose or conical bullet C or CN=conical nose PN= pointed nose SPT=spire point WC= wad cutter DWC or DBB=double ended wad cutter with bevel base BB= bevel base FB= flat base GC= gas check bullet TC= truncated cone SGG=single grease groove Rifle or Pistol or Revolver?- The bullet listings have been separated into their common usage either in a rifle, pistol or revolver or sometimes both. Any corrections or additional information would be appreciated. Bullet Weights- R & R Bullets uses an alloy of (tin-antimony-lead), with a BHN of The weights noted with each bullet is based on the printed/given information available by each manufacturer. Bullet weights mentioned are generally based on the Lyman #2 alloy which appears to be the most common reference. The ME bullets are based on the alloy and cast out weight is within 1/4 to 1/2gr. All alloys are subject to variations by a very small margin. All attempts are made to keep the weight of the bullet within acceptable limits. Sizing and Lubrication- All bullets come sized to your request and lubricated. (EXCEPT BULLETS DESIGNED FOR USE W ITH BLACK POWDER). Dragon Bullet Lube of Pickering, ON is my main supplier of lube sticks. Check their website at for information on the lube. GREAT PRODUCT! Swaged Bullet Lubrication- Currently will be panned lubed with liquid Alox applied before packaging. Testing of other lubes to be done in the future. PRODUCTION TIME CAST BULLETS- production time from the date of the order COULD be 3-4 weeks to completion. Prepayment by cheque/emt would shorten the wait time. The RCBS and Lyman moulds mentioned are done hand-casting and not on the Master Caster machine. Due to health reasons, I am also LIMITING THE SIZE OF THE ORDER, to 3000 bullets (either one caliber or a combination of different calibers). SWAGED BULLETS- Maximum of 500 bullets presently. VERY short distance (a few meters to first street on left, then 146 meters to 5 Oak St.) Phone # (cell) SOME MORE INFORMATION AS TO THE OPERATION- I DO NOT HAVE A COMMERCIAL VOLUME AUTOMATIC 4000 BULLET PER HOUR CASTING MACHINE. The bullets are done on a Magma Engineering Master Caster manual casting machine, with a production rate of approx bullets per hour, depending on caliber. Plus the time to size, lube and box them. Important information- The production time can be up to 4 weeks from date of order and your place in line.(pre-payment gets priority). The bigger the order, the longer the wait! Due to current workload, the maximum order at this time is 3000 bullets, either all the same or a combination of different calibers.

3 SWAGED BULLETS R & R Bullets has recently purchased equipment to do bullet swaging. Since this is going to be a big learning curve, I am going to start slowly and work up a product line of both rifle, pistol and black powder roundball, black-powder bullets. More information to follow in the next few months. Unlike casting of bullets the bullet can be slightly customized to the weight. It is suggested to keep the bullet weight within normal tolerances as in the typical cast bullet weights. CAUTION- If you wanted a heavier bullet, (in your selected caliber,) the longer it becomes.
