3 LDS V895 SHAKER WITH HORIZONTAL TABLE LDS V895 electro-dynamic shaker is suited for sine, random, vibration and shock testing in the range of Hz. The system is combined with horizontal slip tables allowing testing on three axis. Two sizes of slip tables are available to fit customers needs (1200x1200 mm and 440x440 mm). The high load capacity of 650 kg allows testing on big mass (fixture and item). The system can reach higher load capacity (up to 1900 kg) by means of a special guided system. The system has a maximum acceleration of 110 g (sine) and 75 g (random). The system is combined with horizontal slip tables allowing testing on three axis. 5 LDS V850 SHAKER WITH HORIZONTAL TABLE LDS V850 electro-dynamic shaker is suited for sine and random vibration and shock testing in the range of Hz. The system is combined with a horizontal slip table allowing testing on three axis. Two sizes of slip tables are available to fit customers needs. Shaker has two interchangeble armatures, the smallest one used for high vibration level up to 125 g. 6 LDS V LS SHAKER COMBINED WITH CLIMATIC CHAMBER WEISS The system composed of LDS V LS electro-dynamic shaker and climatic chamber is suited for combined test (vibration/temperature) in the range of Hz and temperature in the range of -40 C/+180 C. 8 IMV J240 SHAKER COMBINED WITH CLIMATIC CHAMBER ACS ANYVIB The system composed of the IMV J240-Eco shaker with energy-saving system and the climatic chamber ANYVIB allows to perform combined tests (vibration + climatic) in the frequency range of 5 and 2400 Hz and temperatures between -75 C and 180 C. Furthermore, the chamber, which has got a max. volume of 1200l., allows the control of the humidity from 10% to 95%. The combination of the shaker with the relevant 750x750mm slip table allows to perform test on all 3 axis inside the climatic chamber. 12 HYDRAULIC SHAKER IN QUIET ROOM FOR SQUEAK & RATTLE TESTING Hydraulic Shaker conceived to obtain the maximum versatily of use. It allows to perform classical vibration testing and to mount structures to support the fixed borders of the tested items. A further setup my the means of load cells, allows to measure the dynamic features of various materials; we can in fact track the K dynamic curve of a damper and to measure the entire matrix of a joint as well. This low noise shaker is located in a quiet room to fulfill Squeak & Rattle detection testings. The large dimensions of the room are suitable for testing either components or the entire vehicle. The shaker can be controlled in acceleration, velocity, displacement and can perform 24/24h tests for long duration; these features make the shaker perfect to perform fatigue testings too. Thanks to the very long stroke and to the high reachable velocity is possible to perform half-sine shock test (20 g) with long duration (up to 100 ms). 17 DROP TEST MACHINE We developed a special design drop test machine in order to allow dropping from very low heights. What makes the difference is the drop platform that pass trough the impact surface. Our Drop Test Machine meets a large variety of test standards. Suited for testing: Drop testing helps customers to improve packaging solutions. Only simulating drop events occuring to your packaged products you can build better protection systems, and monitor the performances of your package designs. Edge drop orientation can be accomplished by means of a special adapter. 23 QUALMARK OVTT 18 Highly Accelerated Life Testing (H.A.L.T.) The OVTT, Omni-Axial Vibration Table Top system, is a stand-alone, compact, repetitive-shock vibration system. The OVTT system is ideal for No Fault Found (NFF) precipitation screens of field returns, repair verification and random vibration test of small products. 24 MODULAR CENTRIFUGE SYSTEM The 6 meter Centrifuge is a special system for static acceleration test allowing the rotation of a load capacity of 70 kg. The system can reach a maximum static acceleration of 20 g. Suited for testing: Satellite components Geotechnical loads Sensing devices Military components Thanks to the modular concept and its accuracy, Centrotecnica Centrifuge is suited for a wide range of components. During rotation the items can be power supplied thansk to slip rings. Beside that, the target acceleration can be reached rising with a specific gradient setted in the motor electronic control.
