8 Handing Engled :LED 1.This product is fragile,please handle with care. 2.When handling the product,do not apply direct pressure on the optical surface. 3.No press on the optical surface with tweezers to avoid scratching or other damage. 4.The basic spec is 3sec,when the temperature of 350,do not contact and put dress on the resin. 5.The temperature of the iron should be controllable. 6.When hand soldering,keep the temperature of the iron under 350,and at that temperature keep the time under 3 sec. Rework 1.When handling the product,do not apply direct pressure on the optical surface. 2.The head of iron cannot touch the resin. 3.The temperature of the iron should be controllable. 4.Customer must finish rework within 3 sec under 350. Notes: 1. sufficient thermal management must be implemented.substrate of the posivite in temperature must be kept under 85 at the driving current 10mA.Othrwise,the junction temperature of die may exceed over the limit at high current driving conditions and the LED's lifetime may be decrease dramatically 2. Do not stack assemblies containing Engled LEDs so that anything stacks on the optical sursace of LEDs.Forces applied to the optical surface may result in the surface being damaged. 10 Warranty 1. Engled warrants that its LEDs conform to the foregoing specifications and that Engled will convey good title to all LEDs sold. 2. In the event any LED supplied by Engled is found not to conform to the foregoing specifications within ninety days of receipt. Engled will repair or replace the LED, at Engled s option, provided that user. a) Promptly notifies Engled in writing of the details of the defect. b) Ships the LED at user s expense to Engled for examination and the defect is due to the negligence of Engled and not mishandling or misuse by user. 3. Engled cannot take any responsibility for any troubles that are caused by using the LEDs at conditions exceeding our specifications. 4. These specifications are applied only when a LED stands alone and it is strongly recommended that the user of the LED confirms the properties upon assembly. Engled is not responsible for failures caused during and after assembling. 5. A claim report stating details about the defect shall be made when returning defective LEDs. Engled will investigate the report immediately and inform the user of the results. 6. These LEDs are designed and manufactured for standard applications such as electric home appliances, communication equipment, office equipment, electronic instrumentation and so on.it is recommended to consult with Engled in advance if user s application requires any particular quality or reliability that concerns human life. Examples would be medical equipment, aerospace applications, traffic signals, safety system equipment and so on. 7. Engled s liability for defective lamps shall be limited to replacement and in no event shall Engled be liable for consequential damages or lost profits. 8. Both Engled and the user confirm that any agreement regarding the quality is based only on the specifications herein. The agreement confirmed before this specifications shall become ineffective if it is not stated in these specifications. 9. Both parties shall sincerely try to find a solution when any inconvenience is found in these specifications. 10. These specifications can be revised on mutual agreement. 11. Engled understands that user accepts the content of this specification, if user does not return these specifications with your signature within 3 weeks after your receipt. 10/10
