The individual components can be combined into a tailored solution to suit individual requirements. This is because Series GEC 880 comes packed with a set of powerful features allowing the system to adapt to any ambient acoustics. In outdoor installations, multiple loudspeakers can be connected to deliver a full 15 Watts of amplifier power enough to ensure that your message gets across even if things happen to get rather noisy around you. Growing solution Depending on individual requirements and application needs, it is possible to operate any number of Counter Intercom stations in parallel. Any acoustic feedback is eliminated automatically. Thanks to flexible plug-in options for a variety of peripheral devices (e.g. keypads, headsets, etc.). adding additional features and capabilities is as easy as plug & play. Flexible and fit for the future Program uploads via firmware updates provide an easy way to extend the capabilities of the call stations even further as needed. Privacy guaranteed To help protect the privacy of customers talking at the counter, the sound range can be adjusted separately on the inside and outside. Automatic Mute The devices will automatically detect when there is no conversation going on and will switch off automatically after 20 seconds of idle time in order to save resources. Dynamic Volume Adjustment In noisy environments the volume level of the communication connection can be adjusted automatically to the ambient noise level. Ergonomic Design Peripheral add-on devices such as a headset or gooseneck microphone enable hands-free talking, which may also significantly improve the physical comfort and wellbeing of persons using the call stations for long periods at a time. All functions needed to operate the call stations are arranged on the keypad in a user-friendly layout and labelled with easily understandable pictograms to ensure easy access.
