Overview: The CH current measurement board contains three different methods to get the accurate current measurement value in three different ranges. Prepare the thick wire for measuring the current up to 0A. Prepare the glue to fix the potentiometer when calibration is done. Step : Calibrate the HLSR LEM Sensor For HSLR sensor, the R3, R33, R3, R4 is the potentiometer for the offset of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. And R07, R7, R5, R0 is the potentiometer for the gain of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. To calibrate the sensor more precisely it should be to calibrate the offset first, then the gain late. To calibrate the offset, you need to make sure that there is no current flowing through the LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4, the power on the board, measure the voltage output from J., J.4, J.6, J.8, then adjust the potentiometer R3, R33, R3, R4 to ensure the voltage output as close as 0V. 5

6 Then use the thick wire to apply 0A current going through the LEM sensor, adjust the potentiometer R07, R7, R5, R0 to ensure the voltage output as close as 0V. Step : Calibrate the Shunt Resistor Sensor For Shunt Resistor sensor, the R39, R338, R37, R340 is the potentiometer for the offset of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. And R309, R33, R3, R334 is the potentiometer for the gain of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. To calibrate the sensor more precisely it should be to calibrate the offset first, then the gain late. To calibrate the offset, you need to make sure that there is no current flowing through the LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4, the power on the board, measure the voltage output from J.8, J.0., J., J.4, then adjust the potentiometer R39, R338, R37, R340 to ensure the voltage output as close as 0V. Then use the thick wire to apply 0A current going through the LEM sensor, adjust the potentiometer R309, R33, R3, R334 to ensure the voltage output as close as 0V. Step 3: Calibrate the HTB LEM Sensor For Shunt Resistor sensor, the R4, R3, R, R33 is the potentiometer for the offset of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. And R07, R6, R09, R7 is the potentiometer for the gain of HSLR LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4. To calibrate the sensor more precisely it should be to calibrate the offset first, then the gain late. To calibrate the offset, you need to make sure that there is no current flowing through the LEM, LEM, LEM3, LEM4, the power on the board, measure the voltage output from J.0, J., J.4, J.6, then adjust the potentiometer R4, R3, R, R33 to ensure the voltage output as close as 0V.
