The photo reference number, A/ is made up as follows: A is the job number and the is the photo number. Please put your job number into the box on page one then all you have to use when dering is the photo number.. When you der photographs, small blemishes and min spots will be re-touched free of charge. Should you require further wk done on a photograph please ask. If it is a relatively simple and quick operation something caused by our stupidity when taking the photograph, we will of course do it free of charge. This retouching is however very time consuming and there is a habit at the moment to ask f complete hair re-styling and totally new complexions!! We certainly have the technology but this type of wk is charged out at per hour plus VAT..
