2 Litelab s Museum Collection was designed with the professional in mind. Throughout the Museum Collection, Litelab has incorporated features that allow for all focus angles to be lockable by touch or by tool. Lamps are replaceable without changing focus. Accessories are made to highgrade professional standards and sized in such a way that professionals focusing exhibits can create almost any effect using a minimal number of components. In addition, each fixture is paired as an object light and a wall wash so that either choice is available for any lamp selection. Finally, glare control is not an option, but an integral part of the fixture design itself. Each object has its own built-in snoot and cross-hair baffle when applicable. Each fixture comes with a unique accessory cartridge, which allows for up to two accessories plus light blocking screens. Our cartridge is built so that it will not change focus during relamping and all adjustments can be made by hand, from the front of the fixture. 13 Metal Halide Fixtures In response to our clients who want longer lamp life and less power consumption for the power light level produced Litelab provides a viable option. For years, metal halide was considered a poor source for museums because of its high UV output and low-color rendering index. Today, designers can consider this a creative application and specify it with confidence. Recent advancements in color resolution, combined with Litelab s unique color correction lensing system and a longer lamp life, now makes this source a strong contender. Litelab is proud to offer a complete line of metal halide sources for your design consideration. 13

For years, LED s suffered from poor quality white light. But Litelab can now offer sources that have conquered this issue. Our new LED fixtures come in two lumen outputs and three beam spreads. They offer the unique capability of exceedingly long lamp life, making maintenance costs minimal in comparison to other sources. Litelab suggests this source will rapidly develop over the next few years - so a designer should consult our website for the latest information. For those applications that need a different approach, Litelab has developed a professional grade picture light. Capable of adjustable focus, these fixtures also come with an optical lense kit to give the best possible light distribution. The fixture is designed as a small unobtrusive powerhouse that uses multiples for large paintings.
