5 Enjoy smoother halftones With line screening up to an unprecedented 156 lpi, you get smoother greys, more realistic pictures, increased sharpness and detail a look that is close to magazine quality. Screens of 85, 106, 125 and 134 lpi are also available. Print smarter. Our SmartPress imaging technology provides consistently accurate images and precise registration ±.65mm image-to-sheet and front-to-back registration at either 120ppm or 144 ppm. Don t stop to replenish toner and developer. When you need to replace toner and developer, you can do so while the machine is running, so there s no downtime. Uniquely combined in a single container, it is conveniently replenished without placing a service call. Non-contact approach enhances image quality. E Robust feeding more jobs and continuous operation F Outstanding registration enabled by Translating Electronic Registration (TELER) Xerox technology employs heaters, blowers and a shuttle vacuum feed to handle a wide range of media types. Tiltatron technology supports production of Xerox DocuCard applications. Additionally, the highcapacity sheet-feed module runs applications with two oversize trays. Different sheet-feed module types can be combined to enable up to eight pick points to support complex production runs. Whenever one tray runs out of media, the system automatically switches to another holding the same type. TELER registration precisely controls: The position of each sheet of paper according to the image on the photoreceptor. Add the right paperhandling and finishing options, and you re on the highway to success. Paper Feeding Standard modules of two or four paper trays enable you to have as many as eight pick points for imaging, supporting long print runs and complex, multi-stock jobs. A four-tray post-print insertion module can feed preprinted and specialty stocks into jobs, giving you a total feeding capacity of up to 12 pick points. The ability to reload paper without interrupting a job delivers incredible levels of continuous productivity. For large production runs, including oversized coated stocks, the High Capacity Sheet-Feed Module is a perfect choice. It provides two oversized sheet-feeder trays with 1,600 sheets per tray capacity at up to 320mm x 470mm and SRA3 (320mm x 450mm), for a capacity of 3,200 sheets.
