2 About RIEGEL The Riegel Consumer Products Division of Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. has been making Worry-Free Textiles Since Our rich heritage and roots in manufacturing ensure that our customers receive both great quality and value. We lead the market in innovations ranging from first to market with new products, technical breakthroughs in fiber formation and color retention and global distribution capabilities. The Riegel name serves as both our division s name as well as a widely recognized brand in hospitality, linen supply, healthcare and retail sectors. Our name is synonymous with Quality as all industries we service know Riegel products both look great and last a long time. Our products are engineered to thrive in commercial laundering environments giving customers great value. Our division s dual manufacturing and distribution facilities in South Carolina are complimented by other strategically placed distribution facilities in the United States providing quick shipments to our customers. The McCormick SC manufacturing facility features state of art cut and sew technology which translates to quick turnaround on custom-size requests and a critical back up to any import programs. 3 Riegel is only one of the six divisions that make up Mount Vernon Mills. Other divisions include our own transportation division (Smith & Waters), our own chemical division (which produces many of the finishes for our products in the US and overseas), a home furnishings division (LaFrance), a greige goods weaving division which produces our surgical towel fabrics (BrenTex) and last but not least - our Apparel l Fabrics Group (AFG). The AFG features a completely vertical operation - yarn formation/spinning, weaving, dyeing & finishing - in their Trion, GA facility. This mill produces over one million yards of denim a week and is the industry leader in Flame Resistant (FR) fabrics made to protect workers. Napery orders are FOB McCormick, South Carolina Hospitality Bedding and Bath orders are FOB Johnston, South Carolina Some standard products are also stocked in our Los Angeles, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, and Las Vegas warehouses. Call for availability. Standard Case Packs: Napkins in 6 dozen and 25 dozen and tablecloths in 1 dozen. Standard sizes and stock colors are listed on the individual price pages for each product. Always refer to the price pages versus color cards for stock colors. Delivery - Our goal is to deliver stock colors in standard sizes within 3 days to 3 weeks from receipt of order. All special orders are subject to a 15% over/under clause. All standard size tablecloths are marked with color coded sew in labels and are sewn with hems on 4 sides. All tablecloth sizes that are not listed on the price pages are considered special sizes. If a request is made for a size that has not been previously manufactured, there is a $25.00 set up charge and may be subject to minimums. Rounds, odd sizes, and banquet cloths are non-returnable. Banquet cloths in Satin Band, DiRoNA, and Baroque have borders on two sides. Literature, Swatch Cards, and Samples Please allow a minimum of 1 week for all sample orders. Fabric pads and swatch cards will be provided free of charge for up to 50 pieces of each. Full size samples including napkins, tablecloths, sheets, towels, etc. will be billed for product and shipping. Overnight/next day service shipping charges will be billed to the customer s FedEx or UPS account number or invoiced by Riegel. Orders of less than a minimum case will be submitted as sample orders and billed at an additional 20% surcharge. Riegel collateral materials such as brochures, catalog sell sheets, swatch cards, etc. will be provided at no charge for a reasonable request. Returns Returns are accepted only with prior factory authorization. Returns will not be accepted after products have been used/ washed or after 90 days of invoice date. Any return requested due to quality will require a sample to be sent to Riegel s quality department at: Riegel Quality Control, 51 Riegel Road, Johnston, SC Custom colors and custom sizes are non-returnable. Round tablecloths and banquet cloths are nonreturnable including whites and colors. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all customer accommodation returns. Any goods returned at the expense of Riegel/Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. must be shipped via our routing instructions, otherwise goods will not be accepted. Rounds are available with center panels or center seams and will be shipped at the discretion of MVM/Riegel unless specified by the customer on the Purchase Order. 34
